We recently spent a few days at this hotel. As others have said, if the hotel was advertised as a 3star it would be more realistic although I appreciate that definitions of the star rating system vary across countries. However, we are basing our review on a recent stay in Fethiye this summer which was of 5 star quality. Positive points We found staff to be polite and courteous. We had no real issues with language but did not require to have detailed conversations. Our room was cleaned daily to a good standard. The room (with a jacuzzi) was a good size and newly built. The pool area was clean and there weren’t any problems getting a sun bed. There was a shuttle bus to the beach but it was only a short 5-10 minute walk where it was a little quieter and cooler. Negatives The shower leaked from the wall and the soap dispenser didn’t work - this didn’t affect our holiday. There was a free safe in the room but it wasn’t secured meaning someone could lift the safe and its contents. The main issues really were the food and drink. The food was OK but repetitive. There were no bowls of fresh fruit for breakfast as you’d expect to find in other hotels. The salads were good but the meat dishes were quite basic. The butter in packets wasn’t refrigerated so it was usually sour. 

A lot of the food wasn’t labelled so it was difficult to tell what it was e.g. different yoghurts, milk, starter type dishes. 
The coffee wasn’t good. The alcohol wasn’t pleasant - the drinks were very strong and didn’t taste good. The wine was bitter. The cocktails were limited and tasted cheap. It took out any enjoyment of drinking on holiday. I wouldn’t say there was any watering down of alcohol. The restaurant was was very busy between 7-8 and it could be difficult to find a table. If you went later there was a risk some of the food would be gone. We had to eat next to other guests dirty plates as they hadn’t been cleaned away. 
The best meal of the holiday was about a 40 minute walk to Sun Garden Restaurant where the host was warm and friendly with delicious steak and great drinks - would recommend trying here.

Came with friends and my husband for a late September get away and it wasnt a bad week, but definitely not a 5* week. We reflected on our week away the last night and we think this is a good 3* at best and a great hotel for the 18-25 range. Service by bar staff is slow. I dont think I've ever seen queues for a drink on holiday before quite like this one. I mean most of the time there was 1 person on the bar, so it couldn't be helped and because of it most people were ordering 4/6 drinks at a time. We only saw them clean around the pool once the whole week and that was because of the pool party. There was often a smell around the pool area of stale alcohol and food often, so id be picky with were you sit around the pool. Every single parasol was torn or broken round the pool. If you had them up just see random bits of the parasol fabric just hanging from them. Food was good. However, we found we struggled to get seated for dinner between 7-8. Not enough waiters and we very rarely managed to get a drink with dinner as they were always busy cleaning a table to sit you down. Trying to book the alacarte was confusing and we got mixed messages from guest services on which days to book. When we scammed the QR code we didnt get much description and the lady at guest services when we asked for details, didnt really help up as didnt speak English. The hotel was advertised as beach hotel but its a shuttle service to the beach. Which is ok, but dont expect to just walk up and walk out to the beach. If you want time away from the pool to just chill and have peace, definitely recommend it. Also better service down the beach too for drinks and food. Definitely not worth upgrading your room to the 'jacuzzi' room. Just 1 long swimming pool between the ground floor rooms opposite the pool and it was so cold. The rooms are cosy. Kind of open plan, so bathroom isn't a separate room, so if you are coming with friends expect to be very close by the end of it lol. I am not sure if our rooms were cleaned everyday. We went to the beach one day and there was a pile of sand in our room for 3 days, which didnt bother us, but just meant was the rooms being cleaned. We love a party so chose the hotel for this reason, however during the day the music was that loud you really did struggle to even chat to people. The music just bounced off the building so it echoed and made it seem louder too. Evening entertainment was great, especially if it was down at the beach. Octoberfest was really good! We were gutted we ate in the restraunt as so much food options. Would have been good to have the entertainment mention this during the day as feel like lot of food went to waste. The entertainment team were ok, they didnt really approach you to join in that much and didnt really have much presence. When they did the pool activity for the day it would be a funny half hour and then would just go back to music round the pool. Overall I probably wouldnt come back to the hotel,

Majority of the staff were barely civil. When speaking with anyone at the front desk, it felt like it was an inconvenience to answer questions. Room was mostly clean but tired, and beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. Little variety in the meal offerings and very few dishes were remotely authentic Turkish. At every meal, we had to flag down wait staff to get drinks other than juice, tea or coffee. Every parasol in the pool area was ripped; however trash was regularly emptied. Resort is very much geared toward under 30 crowd!
