We loved this hotel, and the people who ran it. We booked through TUI and flew Sunexpress for the new year period 2024-25. The room and hotel was kept extreemly clean. The food was of a very good quality and quite varied

New years eve celebrations were fabulous, all the staff clearly made a big effort to make it something special and they nailed it

The beach was great, water was so warm and not crowded even in the height of summer. Service in the restaurant was hit and miss, if you don’t tip be prepared to wait for drinks

The waiters, while not very well-trained, are very friendly. There are reserved tables in the main restaurant, but I don't understand why. Although the sea is far away, you can easily reach it by buggy

But maybe it was even good — we finally had a real offline break and could truly relax. Overall: great hotel, great atmosphere — we would definitely come back

The rooms and garden design are very nice. Several hotels belonging to the same group are nestled next to each other, which can be a bit confusing. If you don't have high expectations, I recommend staying at this hotel

Main pool bars were very busy and probably could have had more than one person serving. Not all bar staff knew how to make cocktails so that was also a bit hit and miss and after queuing was disappointing

On Trip we booked Kamelya Aishen, but this hotel is closed now, so they provide room in Kamelya Selin which is fine. All inclusive is good to stay with children, food, drinks and ice-cream unlimited

Bar and restaurant is wonderful with good choice of everything! Big plus + Building nearby the beach with two swimming pool indoor & outdoor. +Mini club and disco open for kids everyday

It is a great facility for a holiday, has a very large and green area. It has many pools and activities. Also the main restaurant Amber is great, the chefs are very very good

- this hotel not provide toothbrush no toothpaste, so reception said go to shop to buy it. - noisy housekeeping service when they cleaning rooms from morning until everything very disturbing us!

The only real negative we found was compared to the Trendy Lara the drinks were pretty limited and cocktails were not great at the pool bar. but it wouldn't put me off going here again

Perfect hotel, 1 hour from the airport, always clean and tidy, great facilities, super animators, excellent food and drinks. the beach is not as close as it was promoted by agency, but never mind, really nice walk anyway

The food is excellent and so much variation and they cater for vegan, vegetarian and meat eater. There are many restaurants to choose from including a la carte, chinese restaurant

Irem from Guest relations is very helpful and speaks excellent English. Irem also helped us book into the Chinese restaurant and sat and talked to us and explained more about the hotel which was very helpful

Lovely people and very welcoming despite not much english people they treated me as one of their own got some stuff for the family the food and entertainment was good tried some other foods I didn't know about whilst here

They provide lots of toiletries and the fridge is restocked daily. All the staff are warm and friendly and very helpful. Ozzy one of the entertainment reps is friendly helpful and speaks good English

The beach is very nice and they also have a bar at the beach where you get drinks and food. Lets talk about the food from 07:00 am to 00:30 am there is always something you can eat

Only 59 television channels and not one French. The mini bar is just a bottle of water! Difficulty connecting to wifi. Some rooms quite far from the restaurant. The rest is correct.

It is very good that the wifi is included in the rooms all over the hotel and is fast. The beach side was great even in this season. Bar staff are both fun and smiling. I owe a debt of gratitude to the authorities

We arrived at midnight and, despite the late hour, were offered a meal in the restaurant and drinks at the bar. The room was very spacious and clean, with a fridge stocked with water, beer, and sodas

For example: restaurants (both free and paid), the sea, swimming pools, a zoo, a huge grounds, a park, bars, a spa, free Wi-Fi, free parking, a play center, 4 floors, and a very large trampoline

Love this place. Fist time I returned to hotel and we spent 3 weeks here. It feels cozy. Great food and great beach.Renovated rooms. It doesn't feel like luxury place, more like cozy place for relax.

Our vegetarian grandmother found plenty of tasty dishes every day, and the desserts were a big hit with the kids! The mini club was a highlight for our youngest – they loved the games, crafts, and friendly staff, while we adults got to enjoy some quiet time at the spa and pool

One small suggestion: during peak times like school holidays, sunbeds by the pool can fill up early, so it’s a good idea to head down in the morning. Still, the staff was always helpful in finding us available spots

With premium branded hot and cold drinks available at the well stocked bars. There is minimal noise from the evening’s entertainment as it is located in the lower ground level away from the location of most hotel rooms

On our first day we booked the three À la carte Restaurants. The Thai Restaurant was excellent. A special mention to Hallin our waiter who was particularly good especially with the 4 children that were in our company

Which are cleaned and restocked daily. All the hard working staff have been very pleasant, friendly and helpful. The waiter at the pool bar during lunchtime has been very friendly and is clearly happy in his job

It’s our second visit to the lovely Side Star Resort Hotel. We’re currently still on holiday here. I personally cannot fault this hotel at all. We booked early and got a great price for this time of year

The same also in the Wellness area. We will be back and hope to visit even more vacationers to this beautiful facility and the secure Turkey

The pools are amazing, especially the lazy river.

I recommend and would return. Transfer: I would recommend a private transfer because the airport is far from hotels

The resort is quite secluded with nothing much in close vicinity so if you want to go exploring then it may not be for you. The pool and the aqua park are great and my kids loved it

We only stayed for 6 nights and that was enough, if we stayed longer, I would have been tired of the food choices by then and even though we got a taxi out to Manavgat which only takes about 20mins, there was no nice restaurants there either but the Green Lake in the centre is beautiful

Hair braiding is a big thing here but DO NOT get it done in the hotel, they wanted to charge my 9yr old 50 euros for half her head and it only cost 25euros across the road

The beach is clean, with a bar and restaurant where you can order food. There's also an ice cream stand (a variety of them) right there—just come and get as much as you want

We have just returned from the Diamond Excellence Resort, and we truly loved our stay! As we travel to Turkey twice a year and have stayed in many 5-star hotels, we can confidently say that this one is definitely among the best

As the only minus, I point out the hot water in the pools and the lack of activity in the animators. For my wife's birthday, the hotel had organized a bunch of surprises and compliments

A la cartes never opened (too many tight arses who wudnt pay an extra bit for decent food, they only tequired x 10 guests to open) but really a 5* shud offer a 1 night a la carte free ( this was my experience in Marmaris and it was not a 5* and understand people dont want to pay extra after paying so much for stay)

This summer, in the period 08. 08, we visited the hotel for the second time. In 2023, we were wowed by the hotel and decided to spend our summer vacation there again

We were booked to a different hotel but TUI cancelled with a weeks notice and we were offered Alhambra as an alternative. Having stayed at the sister hotel Royal Palace previously we accepted the alternative

I jad to eat out almost every night and not much choice locally save for Faulty Friends. Having said that, pools and slides are great for kids, beach bar was only place I eat in day

Family of 5 with 3 x teenagers we had 2 double rooms booked. On arrival reception were so helpful and showed us 2 x alternative rooms, a family room and a family duplex room

It offered a full waiter service for both food and drinks. They also featured specific dessert hours for fresh waffles, pancakes, and ice cream, which were delicious

Although this was the very start of the season and the weather was quite mixed, the animation crew arranged activities throughout the day and entertainment each evening

The rooms had a convenient "Clean Room/Do Not Disturb" switch system, and our rooms were cleaned daily, even on the mornings we chose to sleep in! The beds were comfortable with soft pillows, and the rooms felt bright with plenty of lighting and lamps

Beach & Facilities: The beach is less than a 5-minute scenic walk away. The sand and ocean were very clean, with lifeguards on duty for safety. Free sunbeds are provided, though the beach bar carries additional charges

The room we stayed in, was in decent size, very clean, good quality beds and very nice balcony with view. What I was disappointed with was that in 5* hotel in 2025 there is no smart tv with streaming service

The main buffet ran like clockwork (Breakfast 07:00–10:30, Lunch 12:30–14:00, and Dinner 19:00–21:00). The variety changed daily, and it was a treat to see fresh food cooked right in front of you

The staff were professional, welcoming, and really made me feel comfortable. The hammam and sauna were spotless and very relaxing, and the massage I had was one of the best I’ve experienced

The hotel is just super. The food is wonderful, different every day. Drinks and alcohol are plentiful. And the beer is simply divine, nothing tastier than that.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Sultan of Side! The staff were welcoming and friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was excellent with lots of variety

The pool and beach areas were beautiful and always well-kept, and the entertainment team kept things fun without being over the top. I absolutely loved the spa and wellness facilities at Sultan of Side

Extras such as massage and Hamam are great value. There is entertainment every night. They’ve got their own part of the beach which is about 10 minutes walk. Food is amazing, cooked fresh and a large variety

For that reason, I scheduled 3 more during my stay. Vedat, the therapist, has a magic touch and took away all the stress I brought here with me

Wonderful place to spend vacation with friends and family. Exceptional service , warming atmosphere , great selection of food and amenities. Highly recommend to anyone valuing high quality time at the beautiful country

However, prices at the pharmacy were extremely high – for example, throat lozenges that normally cost 25–30 RON were 70 RON. The kids’ pool was great, but often used by adults without children, which was inconvenient

Housekeeping was excellent – daily cleaning, very attentive and friendly staff, and the minibar was always restocked. Fresh bottled water was available everywhere, which was a big plus

Towels for the beach were also provided, very convenient. The food was delicious and varied. There were shops nearby, plus several stores inside the hotel itself, even a pharmacy

Also, not all staff spoke English, and some guests weren’t very welcoming towards our energetic baby. Overall, the resort offers great service, tasty food, and excellent facilities

There was also a noticeable difference between the presentation of the food and drinks—the desserts were works of art, but the cocktails felt quite basic in comparison

Some places when you're all inclusive have the same foods each day, but it wasn't like that here, there was a great selection of meat and fish and local foods each day as well as food from midday until 3pm where you could get burgers and chips by the pool

Warm food & drinks 24/7! Sandy beach, although the sand not the finest, water shoes not really needed. Dolmus stop just outside the hotel will take you to Manavgat and Side. Good choice of entertainment in the evening

We have just left this place and I would go back without hesitation. This was the best all inclusive. Amazing food, very hard working staff, so clean everywhere including toilets

They have about 5 different pools of all different sizes, and they've recently opened some new water slides and splash pad for the kids, which were great fun. The choice of food was great and the quality was very good

Although it is a hotel with mainly German and Russian tourists, everyone is friendly and it’s an all round good atmosphere. The water slides are active for 4 hours a day, and are great fun and stable

Just returned from the Hotel crown sunshine side. Who ever write complain is a liar. I can not recomend enough the hotel and I am very greatful I could spend almost 8 days there

Buses to Side also depart from the hotel for 2 euros. There are restaurants on the beach and in the pool area where you can order à la carte dishes. The main restaurant serves buffet-style meals

The main advantage of the hotel is its excellent beach. The beach is wide, and the beach staff cleans and maintains the sun loungers. The level of service is simply zero. The reception staff was terrible and unfriendly

In general, all the employees are very polite and professional. The waiters at restaurant are quick and always ready to help. The cleaning ladies tidy the rooms very nicely every day. All in all, highly recommended

Perfectly clean beautiful pools. Volleyball on the beach at 4pm. The volleyball player is cool guy. The rooms need renovation and cleanliness. Professional masseurs Ferit and Silegman. Individual approach to the patient

They serve Pepsi, Fanta, etc drinks, some no-brand liqueurs, vodka, gin, etc but no long drinks, you can forget about basic cuba libre, tequila sunrise etc :/ Ice cream is served only one hour a day, and is not served even during dinner

Beach with boulders, about which it is possible not sickly to hurt himself. But to the left for 30 metres starts a great "wild" beach (the area of the closed rooms), with nice clean sand

The food in the main restaurant in the evening is excellent with enough choices to satisfy all of your family members. The private beach is very nice also as is the pool
