We were in one of the updated rooms and a friend had stayed the previous year prior to the remodel and couldn’t believe the increase in size of them. All of the staff are all friendly and extremely polite

But, this hotel and the incredible staff absolutely made it for me !! They are the most dedicated team to ensuring each guest has an amazing experience, also, being by myself, they always went out the way to see if I was okay and sat and spoke with me before meal times

The breakfast although not to my taste was an extensive choice and very good. There is a wonderful shaded sunbathing area and always beds available. The pool is also great and very clean

We went on two different ones and had just the best time with great food and very reasonable priced drinks. If you are considering the Riverside you will not be disappointed

This was my first time doing a solo holiday as a 26 year old female and was quite apprehensive about it all

The locations is absolutely breathtaking

It's not far into town though, about a 10 to 15 minute walk. It felt very homely for a hotel so we'd definitely come here again. The pool in April is too cold to use but would be great any other time of year

Breakfast delicious and plentiful, beds were comfy, good showers too with plenty of hot water. Was a nice calm and quiet hotel and staff were all lovely too, if you needed anything or wanted information

Having never been to Dalyan before and seeing the reviews for this hotel we definitely made the right choice. Rooms beautifully clean and nicely decorated, loved the Turkish lamps was a nice touch

Only thing we would have liked is somewhere to get a good snack early evening and sit with a good coffee. Everywhere seems to install press and go coffee machines which never taste great

Everything you need in the room too. We particularly liked to go in the gardens looking out to the river so relaxing and peaceful. Pool and bar area also clean and inviting

Hotel position was great, not too far to the restaurants and main shops and boat trips. Recommend the car ferry over which is right beside the hotel to see the ruins and tombs. Would throughly recommend this hotel

The hotel was so quiet that I had the pool all to myself – it was absolutely wonderful! Such a kind and thoughtful gesture! (Just keep in mind that it’s quieter in October – for me it was absolutely perfect

A charming mid size resort located about 15 minutes from the town centre and river. Rooms and the hotel are kept clean and have what you need for you to enjoy your stay

I had a wonderful stay at the Grand Emir! The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel so welcome and comfortable from the very first moment. My room was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed

10-15 minute walk to centre but supermarket and restaurants closer than that. Water left in room daily and cooled water supplied in pool and bar areas. Reception very helpful with late checkout

Dalyan itself is beautiful – the hotel is in the perfect location: peaceful and quiet, but only a 10–15 minute walk to the center

visited this hotel September/October requested a ground floor room we were delighted with the room given it was like a bungalow just beside the pool and not to far from the dining room 3 pools to choose from 2 were relaxing the 3 rd for the energetic with several slides the food was very good buffet breakfast with a great selection to choose from the staff were very helpful and friendly rooms cleaned...

A beautiful experience at this hotel, with amazing service and amenities. Staff are really friendly, accommodate to your needs and requirements. Overall the food is really good, tasty and fresh.

Another wonderful stay, this family run hotel is the most friendly hotel we have stayed in, we came 3 times last year, and are here again in July 2025, basically they just can't do enough for you, the rooms are super clean, the pool area is fabulous, very laid back and the hosts both speak perfect English, and if you did have a problem they would get it sorted

We absolutely love this hotel, it is so very special. We have visited many times over the last 15 years, but since 2021 when it was taken over and refurbished it has gone from strength to strength

Casablanca Hotel was exactly as other guests have commented on. The staff, hotel and pool was amazing. Breakfast was very good with nice selection. Convenient for short stroll into town

Everything and everyone was amazing at this hotel especially Ali who went the extra mile the bar staff were all fantastic we will definitely be backAli made our holiday perfect as he sorted out a mix up with transfers for us smoothly fantastic

The pool area was lovely and made even better with the amazing bar staff. Cats are looked after by the staff which was a big yes from me. Loved it here and will be back next year

It offered a nice balance of options: cheeses, cold cuts, fresh fruit and vegetables, bread, jams, Nutella, as well as rotating hot dishes, an omelette station, and even cake

The pools were lovely, and although the rooms are slightly dated, they were clean, functional, and had good air conditioning throughout, which kept us comfortable

We spent 7 nights at BC Hotel Spa in Dalyan and had a wonderful stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, with gorgeous surroundings and a very relaxing atmosphere

There were no kettles or complimentary water in the rooms, but with a supermarket just a two-minute walk away, it was easy to stock the fridge ourselves

Great cook who cooked omelettes and eggs each morning with a smile. Wifi good and rooms cleaned well. Couple of little niggles like a lot of Turkish small hotels winding staircase but we coped

I definitely would recommend it, it's in a perfect location and the hotel is so clean and pretty gardens, the pools are clean and really nice to relax perfect size pools. The staff work so hard and are friendly and kind

We stayed at Basar-Otel for a weekend birthday treat, from start to finish I cannot complain. Friendly management and staff, breakfast was delicious and freshly made

We had breakfast included and what a feast it was, Turkish style buffet but something for everyone and a lovely man will make omelettes or pancakes freshly for you

Lovely small hotel in a good location. We are in our seventies and just wanted a hotel which was peaceful and decent food. Good staff who were always helpful

The staff are all lovely, always smiling and very hardworking, even through one particularly spectacular storm they rallied round, out in the pouring rain and still able to provide breakfast as usual, they were outstanding

First of all as soon as we got there we could not resist to have are First swim in the pool even though it was quite late. After we got out the pool we decided to have a first look at the bedroom

Once again, a second visit to the Hotel Calbis. Wonderful location for a relaxing holiday in beautiful gardens and surroundings encompassing the hills around Dalyan. Fantastic staff, great owners

We have visited Dalyan about 12 times, 11 of which we have stayed at the Calbis. As soon as we arrive we can relax knowing that the quality of the pools, gardens and rooms will be excellent

Breakfast was lovely as were the staff especially the couple that ran the bar. It’s the most relaxing holiday that we have ever experienced and can’t praise it higher

Pool bar found most staff helpful and friendly. Had lunch a few times which was really good. Hotel was quiet as near end of season so no problems getting a lounger although I expect this is more difficult in high season

Bed slightly hard but comfortable, pillows good, not sure why you only get a thin blanket that has to cover 2 people, although this seems common in Turkey. Didn’t try the breakfast so can’t comment on that

We have stayed many times at this hotel always had a pleasant time. Nice staff always happy to please. Spotlessly clean. Great pool areas 2 pools and poolside bar with food and drinks at competitive prices.

Arrived at the Binlik about midnight, check in quick and shown to our room promptly. Room is very dated however everything worked and spotlessly clean. We were on the ground floor with a small terrace

Honestly the best stay we have had in Dalyan, rooms were cleaned daily, new bedding and towels every other day. The pool and pool bar were kept very clean and it was nice a quiet

The hotel is in a great location only 5 minute walk to the town and river although the walk is a bit scary as the roads are busy with speeding bikes, cars, vans etc so need to take extra care

I recently stayed at this hotel and appreciated its central location—just a 2-minute walk puts you right in the heart of the action. The staff are exceptionally friendly, and the atmosphere is cozy and inviting

Conveniently located - in the very center. The balcony opens onto a patio with a swimming pool and lots of greenery on the property. In the evenings there is live music

A cozy, clean and atmospheric hotel, located in a great location with a sufficient choice of dishes for breakfast. The furniture is a little tired, but this does not interfere with the overall wonderful perception

The only downside is that there is live music at night, which is quite loud and will be quiet after 12 o'clock Facilities: Good Hygiene: Good Environment: OK, close to everywhere Service: Good, very attentive

Stayed here for 10 days with my family everyone is absolutely amazing and caring the staff are so polite and the locals are such a delight food 10/10 every day just an amazing experience

However, there were significant issues with cleanliness. Both my room and my friend's had cleanliness problems, including stained towels that smelled of grease

Had a great time staying at Turay hotel!!! The staff of the hotel from the cleaning staff , restaurant and the barmen always polite helpful and welcoming to the owner Turay who is very friendly!!! Highly recommend and will be coming back!!!

The breakfast is varied, delicious and manned by extremely friendly and helpful staff. The staff here work very hard and do a fantastic job - from management, cleaning staff, restaurant staff, maintenance etc

We must give an extra special mention to Ozzy and Thomas - both went above and beyond with their hospitality, friendliness and offers of help. The rooms are fairly basic but very clean and functional

We had a very enjoyable holiday at the Turay Hotel. Tomas is mentioned in several reviews and he is really kind and caring. We were there in October half term for the last few days of the season

A special thanks to Thomas for looking after us at meal times and to Ozzy (Omer) who is an incredible cocktail maker and barman who kept us laughing, drinking and having a great time every day

True gentlemen! We felt really well looked after and extremely safe at the Turay. Can't wait to come back next year

We want to give a special shout out to Gigdem who helped us with every enquiry, arranging pick up and drop off at the station as well as providing recommendations for local beauty spots. The rooms were lovely and clean

Perfect position right on the river, it was great watching the boats every morning and evening. Location was right in the middle of town, Central to all shops and restaurants

The pool looked so inviting (too cold me to get in) Location is perfect - right by the boats and close to the local restaurants and cafes without being right next door to them (where noise can be a factor) Staff are so friendly and helpful without being overbearing or unprofessional (another shoutout to CIGDEN) I’m already talking to my family about a return trip

Dalyan hotel that you can stay at zero and the channel is in the center position and with the fact that we had a super holiday, would recommend it to everyone with friendly and smiling staff

A well positioned comfortable hotel on the riverside in Dalyan for a Christmas market weekend with friends. Amazing value , rooms are a bit dated but perfectly adequate , staff cannot do enough for you

The hotel a short walk to everything but was quiet at night. The owner was extremely nice and helpful. The breakfast was very good.

Although some would like it our only very small issue is that the sunbeds were all in the shade. Breakfast was very nice indeed and filled us until later in the day. The location of the hotel was also very good

Lovely place We arrived after an awful stay in icmeler, we were welcomed with smiles off everyone here , room small but comfortable, pool area lovely, 10 minutes walk to river,nice breakfast choice for such a small hotel

It is about a 20 minute walk to the center of Dalyan which was no problem for us and offered a quieter setting for sleep time

Stayed one night in this hotel while traveling with friends across Turkey. The hotel is clean, linens and towels are sparkling white. Hotel staff are welcoming and friendly

The owner checks all the time that everything is ok and Kadir the manager is always on hand to attend to any requests and he makes a fantastic Spaghetti Bolognaise! I feel I have discovered a little gem here in Dalyan

It is a 10 minute walk into the centre (get those steps in). I'd definitely recommend it for a peaceful holiday

Dalyan centre is about 10 minutes walking distance, where you can access daytime and evening boat trips. And iztuzu beack is just around 20 mins by car

Lovely hotel in my opinion all staff very friendly and helpful. Cleaning card in room you put on outside of door if you want room cleaned. Big shower room and plenty hot water. Breakfast was fine always something to eat

The owner, managers and staff are so friendly so welcoming. The pool area is surrounded by luscious fruit trees and a classic little ottoman area to chill and relax in in the evenings. Food and bar were well priced

Absolutely lovely- It is built to give the impression of a tree- house and it has a quirky fabulous vibe. The bedrooms have each door painted with a forest scene

good value Have stayed here before some time ago and am pleased to say it has been re-furbished and is now looking allot better, the rooms are fine and the views from the roof terrace are wonderful where you also get a buffet breakfast

Just loved it, my husband and I had a triple Rome , very comfortable and clean, very friendly staff.

Had an evening meal here, first time for us despite us coming for 10 years. What can I say, one of the best meals I’ve had in Dalyan. The staff are lovely and what a view across the river looking at the tombs

We visited several years ago and loved the place being scenic, peaceful, quiet, excellent value, great for getting to everywhere and Filiz and her staff was amazing

The complex is situated in a peaceful residential location about half a mile from Dalyan centre. Most guests found it an easy walk in , but reasonably priced taxis were readily available for those who felt the need

We have recently returned from a fab stay at Beyaz. We travelled with a big group of 15 including our 3 year old son and we couldn’t of been made to feel more welcome

Getting into Dalyan town is very easy & there are numerous restaurants & shops to choose from. The staff at Beyaz are what makes us so special. They get to know you & will help with all kinds of situations

For example we needed a mobility buggy for my Mum and they organised one for us which was delivered to Beyaz. That saved a lot of hassle and time. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff

We went mob handed as there were 15 of us & each had our own apartment. We were well looked after throughout our stay at Beyaz and the organised boat trips continue to be the highlight

My apartment was situated on the first floor. It was nicely equipped, with a very comfortable bed, a cool lounge with plenty of seating and air conditioning in both rooms

My boyfriend and I stayed in this hotel to visit Mum for Mother's Day. Location of the hotel only a few minutes walk from the centre. Hotel Manager Murat was very helpful and friendly. Hotel staff we met again friendly

Our booking included breakfast, but you can easily get breakfast from the centre of town and as cheap so would suggest if you are not short of time like we were, have your breakfast in the town

The hotel is in a perfect location, with a nice breakfast and very friendly, helpful staff. We really appreciated all the great recommendations for local cafes and things to do. It made our visit much more enjoyable.
