Fantastic hotel! Grounds well kept, staff incredible, great food. Will return!!

Lovely friendly hotel full of people who have been back several times. Website images dont do it justice. Has to be seen in person. 10/10 would be 11/10 if the bars had fans and glasses were chilled as drinks get warm lightning fast... down side of the awesome weather I guess. We love it and will be back (and back amd back)..... Dalyan Mossies won't stop us we will just be much better prepared.

Honestly the best stay we have had in Dalyan, rooms were cleaned daily, new bedding and towels every other day. The pool and pool bar were kept very clean and it was nice a quiet. The food in the bar was amazing quality and very cheap! Only a 2 minute walk into town. Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better stay, will be staying here again!

My favourite hotel since 2003. They made some changes/renovations recently , and now there are less banana trees, less green but still very nice. Facing the big rock; which enhances rhe feeling of isolation.Breakfast could be better.

We had an amazing 10 nights in September. Had a couple of issues with the room on arrival but the lovely 2 technical guys sorted the issues out quickly. Spent a lovely week at holiday calbis, room was clean and shower powerful. Omelette station saved the day for breakfast. Four pools to choose from always managed to get a sun lounger in the sun. Once again, a second visit to the Hotel Calbis. Superlatives are running out. Wonderful location for a relaxing holiday in beautiful gardens and surroundings encompassing the hills around Dalyan. First time visiting Dalyan, will not be my last. We were so impressed with this hotel that we actually booked for next year whilst lying on the sun bed. The Turay has a restaurant on the riverside. There is nothing to dislike about the location, food or service. It is an Idyllic setting, quiet, comfortable and all the nature you can handle. Wonderful hotel for our 10 day stay. All the staff, especially Jucel and Dogan, were so kind and helpful and couldn't have done more to make sure we had everything we needed and took such good care of us. Stayed two nights to have a day and a bit to explore Dalyan. Used the hotel solely as an accommodation base. Breakfast good, owner very helpful and does speak excellent English. Sorted taxi for us back to airport. Only other guests we saw were Brits. NOTE: the hotel is not by the river as some maps show. It is only a short walk away however (although in the rain it feels a lot longer)

We had a fantastic stay at the Rota Hotel, Daylan. Everybody was so friendly, a good Turkish breakfast. Would recommend it.

The hotel a short walk to everything but was quiet at night. The owner was extremely nice and helpful. The breakfast was very good.

We had a lovely time here. Breakfast is served next to the river with the turtles and tombs, and it’s absolutely beautiful. Staff, especially the breakfast staff were so kind. The room is basic, but that doesn’t really matter, as everything else makes up for it.

Overall enjoyed our stay here. Perfect location, quiet, only complaint would be other guests staying there at time with several children were loud and didn’t respect general peacefulness of the hotel. Guess nothing can do about that

We spent 2 nights in the beginning of may with our 2 kids. We really enjoyed our stay there. The location along the river and the view was superb. The breakfast each morning was of great quality. Tea time was really nice also. I recommend to every body

There was a friendly welcome from Berk , who offered us information on things to do in Dalyan. The hotel was quiet so we were offered a choice of rooms, we selected the upstairs room which had a small balcony. The room was light and spacious with nice towels and bedding.  Complimentary water was given each day, there was a fridge, plenty of wardrobe space, kettle, TV, air-conditioning, safe, some...

Staff were amazing. Having breakfast and turtles swimming around was pretty special. Everything about the hotel was excellent, highly recommend.

Lovely place We arrived after an awful stay in icmeler, we were welcomed with smiles off everyone here , room small but comfortable, pool area lovely, 10 minutes walk to river,nice breakfast choice for such a small hotel. Very quiet at night time. Will definitely stay again, value for money , would highly recommend.

Very nice outdoor furniture and clean and well maintained outdoor pool. We also liked breakfast- good value for money. The only disadvantage was internet in the rooms, very slow.. Internet was working properly only in public areas

This hotel was outstanding, spotlessly clean and fantastic staff. Nothing was too much trouble. The pool was lovely and the plants around the hotel were beautiful. Breakfast was buffet style, fresh and plentiful. Its a little gem in Dalyan

I'm staying here at the moment and absolutely love it. Its unbelievably clean, the wonderful women come in daily, clean and change towels. The surroundings are spotless and filled with beautiful plants. The staff work so hard from breakfast onwards. My room opens on to the pool which is perfect. It is mainly Turkish visitors which I like as they are so friendly and respectful there are other nationalties...

The hotel was so clean and peaceful. We never had to worry once about getting a sunbed. We loved it and will definitely return. Thank you

I can’t say enough about how sweet the owners/staff are. It’s clear that they are people who love to host and take care of people - and are meant for it. The view is epic. You sit on the dock and have a clear view of amazing ruins with the sunsetting beside it. The garden and vibe was really gorgeous and relaxing. Very nice place to stay. Beautiful garden and atmosphere. The staff is very kind and welcoming. Rooms are very clean. The view on the river is top. We took a boat from there and this is one of the best hotel you can choose here when you get to see the other options.

Cute, quiet and comfortable rooms and a beautiful garden area to sit in and view the ancient tombs lit up across the river at night. The breakfast is very basic, so I would skip that and go I to town for that. The staff were charming and welcoming.

Very nice family owned and operated hotel. Close to downtown shopping and excellent views of the tombs. Only downside is everything in the rooms are outdated and needs a facelift. Bathrooms are extremely dark and good luck with taking a nice shower. The bed sheets and towels are like sanding paper. I guess they do not use softener at all. Wifi does not work in the rooms at all.
