My favourite hotel since 2003. They made some changes/renovations recently , and now there are less banana trees, less green but still very nice. Facing the big rock; which enhances rhe feeling of isolation.Breakfast could be better.

Lovely friendly hotel full of people who have been back several times. Website images dont do it justice. Has to be seen in person. 10/10 would be 11/10 if the bars had fans and glasses were chilled as drinks get warm lightning fast... down side of the awesome weather I guess. Ideal location only a short walk into town but the hotel could be so much better with some management. Staff are all polite but wander about aimlessly. We had an amazing 10 nights in September. Had a couple of issues with the room on arrival but the lovely 2 technical guys sorted the issues out quickly. The pool area was lovely and made even better with the amazing bar staff. Cats are looked after by the staff which was a big yes from me. Loved it here and will be back next year

Me and my son just came home from a two week vacation at the Basar hotel I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel. Had a two night stay here and cannot recommend it enough! The staff are helpful and hotel is well kept, pretty and clean in all areas. The Turay has a restaurant on the riverside. There is nothing to dislike about the location, food or service. It is an Idyllic setting, quiet, comfortable and all the nature you can handle. The hotel was perfect, in the queiter end of town, right opposite the tombs. The place had a great laid back vibe, river swimming and kayaking available, amazing breakfast by the river, with turtles as company. The host was so friendly and helpful, we loved the place and will definitley be back.

Spent a lovely week at holiday calbis, room was clean and shower powerful. Omelette station saved the day for breakfast. Four pools to choose from always managed to get a sun lounger in the sun. Once again, a second visit to the Hotel Calbis. Superlatives are running out. Wonderful location for a relaxing holiday in beautiful gardens and surroundings encompassing the hills around Dalyan. Fantastic staff, great owners. Incredibly clean everywhere in public areas and rooms. Chilly air conditioning included in the price and safes.

First time visiting Dalyan, will not be my last. We were so impressed with this hotel that we actually booked for next year whilst lying on the sun bed. Arrived at the Binlik about midnight, check in quick and shown to our room promptly. Room is very dated however everything worked and spotlessly clean. Shower really good. We arrived early hours of Thursday morning around 2-30 am and was greeted by a young lady who helped carry my wife's suitcase. 2 bottles of cold water in the fridge use them or leave it's up to you, if you use them there about 14 pence a bottle. Stayed in September and the nicest thing I can think of is the closeness to the town, only a short walk but far enough to be quiet. Rooms are very basic not even Kettle with Tea and Coffee making facilities there was a threadbare thin blanket as a bed cover. and there was a mini fridge and 2 bottles of water that they charge for and staff did not come around until late afternoon to clean room by which...

We booked this holiday about a month ago and upon arrival first impression was not good I’m afraid there was no staff other than a young lady on reception there was a power cut so no lights on and was shown our room 3 flights upstairs in the dark which was difficult but we where moved to another room the following morning but the balcony didn’t have a lock on and 2 mornings we ended up with the hotel...

Honestly the best stay we have had in Dalyan, rooms were cleaned daily, new bedding and towels every other day. The pool and pool bar were kept very clean and it was nice a quiet. The food in the bar was amazing quality and very cheap! Only a 2 minute walk into town. Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better stay, will be staying here again!

Another fabulous to Dalyan and the Otel Binlik. Staff are so friendly and caring. Hotel clean with rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels and bedding. Pool area and gardens beautiful. Great buffet breakfast and good food and drinks a stall day at pool bar. Two pols to choose from. Our sixth visit and Will definitely return again next year. Excellent, small family run hotel.

The hotel is under new management so transition takes time but the welcome from the staff is second to none, they have teething problems, not serious. The good outweighs the bad, not to be judged but read, location is second to none, as are staff and management, nothing too much trouble, special thanks to Nil, Plus Çiğdem, the funniest most helpful receptionist. The rooms were too small and so was the shower area. There is no elevator in the building either. Regardless of these problems, the location of the hotel is in a nice place.

Tired and dated .beds comfy rooms clean but sunbeds broken staff are rude .could be so nice but pics on website are misleading

The location of this hotel is perfect.Central walking distance from the action but quiet for good sleep.Rooms were a little small but hey you only sleep in them.Always hot water and bedding and towels changed every day.Breakfast was limited but always something to choose from.Ali and all his staff were attentive and friendly at all times and wanted to please. One of the excellent hotel in Dalyan. Great place to stay in this lovely town. Meals are really good and very delicious. Rooms are very clean and tidy. Staffs are very friendly. I do recommend this hotel to everyone who wish to visit Dalyan.

Excellent hotel! Close to the centrum. Nice swimming pool. wonderful breakfast. Small rooms but clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Very good service.

The hotel is in a fantastic location. Although not the hotel in the pictures on the site. It was next door. All staff were very polite and we enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable but needs some TLC and the electrics sorting.

The room small and clean. Staff didn’t speak English well. They were courteous and relaxed. The breakfast was basic but adequate and the location to local attractions was good. Peaceful and enjoyable location.

good value Have stayed here before some time ago and am pleased to say it has been re-furbished and is now looking allot better, the rooms are fine and the views from the roof terrace are wonderful where you also get a buffet breakfast.

Needs repair. For 4 nights the room was never cleaned, food is always the same. Beautiful view of the water and rocks. Large shower but the floor is very slippery. There is little space in the room, there is nowhere to put a large suitcase and open it. I had a room with a large double bed and one single bed. Had an evening meal here, first time for us despite us coming for 10 years. What can I say, one of the best meals I’ve had in Dalyan. The staff are lovely and what a view across the river looking at the tombs. Would highly recommend 👍🏻
