Hotels with pool in Dalyan

The bathroom and pool towels really need to be replaced - they have had their day! Easy walk into town and only 100 TL for a cab when I took one into town. Breakfast is great and omelettes to order were delicious

We don't usually take photos inside the room, so I only have pictures of the grounds. It's a small hotel with a very cozy and beautiful territory. We enjoyed the views of the river and the mountains

We visited in January, and it was cold, so there were very few guests, and the pool wasn't filled. However, the Lycian tombs are clearly visible right from the hotel

Local prices are very reasonable, and the front desk was very helpful with currency exchange! The only downside was the salt water in the showers, but it's still worth the trip!

Just a few meters away, there's a ferry across the river to the ruins of Kaunos and the tombs themselves. The streets leading to the town center are also very close by

Boiled eggs, cheese, sausage, yogurt, jam, honey, muesli/cereal. When we were the only guests left, they didn't set up the buffet, but they brought us the same items on trays that we would have picked ourselves

The breakfast although not to my taste was an extensive choice and very good. There is a wonderful shaded sunbathing area and always beds available. The pool is also great and very clean

We were in one of the updated rooms and a friend had stayed the previous year prior to the remodel and couldn’t believe the increase in size of them. All of the staff are all friendly and extremely polite

The rooms have been renovated; we were the first to use them in July 2025, and they were as brand new and spotlessly clean. Breakfast is ample and open buffet style, while dinner is served à la carte, with a daily menu

They made some changes/renovations recently , and now there are less banana trees, less green but still very nice. Facing the big rock; which enhances rhe feeling of isolation

Food was good, with daily set menu and a la carte choices. Swimming pool was clean with plenty of sun loungers. Hotel was a short drive from centre of Dalyan. We had an excellent stay and wouldn't hesitate to go back

But, this hotel and the incredible staff absolutely made it for me !! They are the most dedicated team to ensuring each guest has an amazing experience, also, being by myself, they always went out the way to see if I was okay and sat and spoke with me before meal times

The hotel was so quiet that I had the pool all to myself – it was absolutely wonderful! Such a kind and thoughtful gesture! (Just keep in mind that it’s quieter in October – for me it was absolutely perfect

The food was delicious – in the evenings, since there were only a few guests in October, they even cooked special meals just for me, exactly what I wanted

visited this hotel September/October requested a ground floor room we were delighted with the room given it was like a bungalow just beside the pool and not to far from the dining room 3 pools to choose from 2 were relaxing the 3 rd for the energetic with several slides the food was very good buffet breakfast with a great selection to choose from the staff were very helpful and friendly rooms cleaned...

10-15 minute walk to centre but supermarket and restaurants closer than that. Water left in room daily and cooled water supplied in pool and bar areas. Reception very helpful with late checkout

Nice friendly hotel Very friendly staff all throughout the hotel. No problem getting a sunbed but it was September. Only had breakfast but that was nice

Little bit old but not that bad. Swimming pool was fine, breakfast was mediocre (05/2024) probably becase off season. It looks like we were only guests there at the time. Too much light in the room after dark

The hotel is in a perfect location, with a nice breakfast and very friendly, helpful staff. We really appreciated all the great recommendations for local cafes and things to do. It made our visit much more enjoyable.

Please ignore the negative reviews about hot water, this building is solar powered and the tap needs to run for 5 minutes for hot water

Went here for lunch 3 times on visit to DALYAN! Atmosphere was very relaxed and chilled. Waiter was really friendly and attentive. Nice homely feel to the place plus the food was fantastic

down side of the awesome weather I guess. We love it and will be back (and back amd back). Dalyan Mossies won't stop us we will just be much better prepared

Breakfast was plentiful and varied including Turkish food, cereals, melon, toast, omlettes and pancakes. The pools were lovely but you needed to be up early for any chance of getting a sun lounger

This is my local hotel and spa. The spa here is the best in Dalyan. Indoor heated pool all the spa treatments you require. Beautiful hotel in a peaceful location 5 mins walk from town.

Everything and everyone was amazing at this hotel especially Ali who went the extra mile the bar staff were all fantastic we will definitely be backAli made our holiday perfect as he sorted out a mix up with transfers for us smoothly fantastic

The pool area was lovely and made even better with the amazing bar staff. Cats are looked after by the staff which was a big yes from me. Loved it here and will be back next year

The pools were lovely, and although the rooms are slightly dated, they were clean, functional, and had good air conditioning throughout, which kept us comfortable

Garden areas not tended or messy. Pools okay but one is clean, the other cloudy or vice versa. This could be a great hotel just needs to up its game. Would we come again? Probably not

The only drawback during meals was the presence of cats, wasps, and hornets outdoors—not something the hotel can really control but worth noting. The highlight of our stay was definitely the spa

Traditionally, it's an unlucky day in UK. Upon arrival, reception staff were friendly and informative. Accommodation was spotless, and the bed was comfortable. Excellent customer service from restaurant and bar staff

Fantastic spa experience. Staying at the hotel as part of a yoga group holiday. Hamman and massage was amazing, so relaxing and the hamman was fun. Highly recommend the facility and staff.

While it's not allowed in the rooms, it is permitted on balconies and in communal areas. Personally, I would have preferred it to be non-smoking everywhere, but it's good to be aware of

Currently staying here and its beautiful, rooms are nice and big, complex really pretty and all the staff are lovely. Its about a 15 minute walk in to the main town.

The food and drinks were reasonably priced we thought and decent quality too. The pool was great although they did change the water due to the forest fire and it was freezing for the rest of the holiday

It's not far into town though, about a 10 to 15 minute walk. It felt very homely for a hotel so we'd definitely come here again. The pool in April is too cold to use but would be great any other time of year

Everything you need in the room too. We particularly liked to go in the gardens looking out to the river so relaxing and peaceful. Pool and bar area also clean and inviting

Hotel position was great, not too far to the restaurants and main shops and boat trips. Recommend the car ferry over which is right beside the hotel to see the ruins and tombs. Would throughly recommend this hotel

Wonderful, cozy hotel! Friendly staff. You can book a transfer from/to the airport for 35 euros, which is very reasonable; I've seen Uber rates even higher. Just contact the hotel in advance to arrange a transfer

Breakfast delicious and plentiful, beds were comfy, good showers too with plenty of hot water. Was a nice calm and quiet hotel and staff were all lovely too, if you needed anything or wanted information

Having never been to Dalyan before and seeing the reviews for this hotel we definitely made the right choice. Rooms beautifully clean and nicely decorated, loved the Turkish lamps was a nice touch

Stayed here via booking.com during May and it was a great experience. I was very happy with relaxing atmosphere where the hotel offers. Also, breakfast was delicious. Location was also another plus.

Every year then owners invest in a major improvement, this year it was a new walk in pool- which is excellent

We absolutely love this hotel, it is so very special. We have visited many times over the last 15 years, but since 2021 when it was taken over and refurbished it has gone from strength to strength

The beds are the comfiest I have ever stayed in in turkey ( they are usually rock hard) location is ideal for an easy walk to all the bars etc but the hotel is in a quiet area

This hotel is in a great spot, offers lovely, fresh food. The staff are so friendly, always keen to help. The rooms and the communal areas are always spotless and clean

There is a lovely bar area by the pool and you can order food here. We didn't have a bad meal all week and everything was hot even when eating by the river

The food is top notch value and the service is excellent. Not the cheapest but excellent value and tasty. Thomas, the head waiter, is a lovely chap and always willing to help. Give it a go, you will not be disappointed

The breakfast is varied, delicious and manned by extremely friendly and helpful staff. The staff here work very hard and do a fantastic job - from management, cleaning staff, restaurant staff, maintenance etc

We must give an extra special mention to Ozzy and Thomas - both went above and beyond with their hospitality, friendliness and offers of help. The rooms are fairly basic but very clean and functional

The pool looked so inviting (too cold me to get in) Location is perfect - right by the boats and close to the local restaurants and cafes without being right next door to them (where noise can be a factor) Staff are so friendly and helpful without being overbearing or unprofessional (another shoutout to CIGDEN) I’m already talking to my family about a return trip

Breakfast is served next to the river with the turtles and tombs, and it’s absolutely beautiful. Staff, especially the breakfast staff were so kind

The receptionist was very friendly along with all the staff! I even met the owners who gave me a local history lesson not in the books! They were able to guide us to some great places to see the area, some beautiful hidden spots, along with what seemed the very best recommendations for restaurant's to enjoy our many dinners! We also were able to make several friends that were also visiting Tourists...

This place was very clean! Of all the Hotels in this area it has the very best view of the tombs, day or night! I loved being able to call a water taxi to turtle beach

The hotel was in a residential location, with some restaurants closeby, a handy grocery store, and only 10-15 mins walk to the centre of town for lots of restaurant, shops and bars, and also the square to take a bus to Ortaca or the beach etc

Breakfast was amazing - not only delicious and generous, but served by the river alongside the turtles who turned up every day for their share! It was magical - a really special start to our holiday and what felt like a happy accident given we had just been looking for somewhere within easy reach of Dalaman airport

Kerem is an incredible host who makes you feel immediately welcome and at home. The room (we had a family room for two adults and two teens) was simple, cool and comfortable

One piece of advice - the reception is at the back of the hotel after you enter from the street. We arrived at night and were (briefly) unsure if we were in the right place

The view from the terrace is right opposite the tombs, its own pier, you can call a boat. Just for the view it is worth staying here. Nice hosts, pleasant atmosphere in the hotel

We loved everything about the Dalyan Holiday Hotel. It was peaceful, shady and relaxed, and the view of the Lycian tombs from the river terrace is absolutely spectacular

Spent a lovely week at holiday calbis, room was clean and shower powerful. Omelette station saved the day for breakfast. Four pools to choose from always managed to get a sun lounger in the sun

Once again, a second visit to the Hotel Calbis. Wonderful location for a relaxing holiday in beautiful gardens and surroundings encompassing the hills around Dalyan. Fantastic staff, great owners

Overall, one of our best holidays yet and we’ve been on many! Kids didn’t miss all inclusive options or water slides one bit! Oh and there was no issue at all with securing sunbeds around the pool!

First of all as soon as we got there we could not resist to have are First swim in the pool even though it was quite late. After we got out the pool we decided to have a first look at the bedroom

We have visited Dalyan about 12 times, 11 of which we have stayed at the Calbis. As soon as we arrive we can relax knowing that the quality of the pools, gardens and rooms will be excellent

2 bottles of cold water in the fridge use them or leave it's up to you, if you use them there about 14 pence a bottle. Lovely big pool to swim in very quiet place to relax mainly older people which was fine by use

Pool bar found most staff helpful and friendly. Had lunch a few times which was really good. Hotel was quiet as near end of season so no problems getting a lounger although I expect this is more difficult in high season

We are going back next year the hotel is perfectly located no noise and a good price. The rooms in b block were modern comfy beds free air conditioning, take a travel kettle if needed, big thumbs up to Binlik

The staff were absolutely fine rooms cleaned every da, Mr Binlik was a very quiet reserved person but very approachable just speak to him

We arrived early hours of Thursday morning around 2-30 am and was greeted by a young lady who helped carry my wife's suitcase

Bed slightly hard but comfortable, pillows good, not sure why you only get a thin blanket that has to cover 2 people, although this seems common in Turkey. Didn’t try the breakfast so can’t comment on that

The location of this hotel is perfect. Central walking distance from the action but quiet for good sleep. Rooms were a little small but hey you only sleep in them. Always hot water and bedding and towels changed every day

The hotel is under new management so transition takes time but the welcome from the staff is second to none, they have teething problems, not serious

good value Have stayed here before some time ago and am pleased to say it has been re-furbished and is now looking allot better, the rooms are fine and the views from the roof terrace are wonderful where you also get a buffet breakfast

The hotel is in a fantastic location. Although not the hotel in the pictures on the site. All staff were very polite and we enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable but needs some TLC and the electrics sorting

Just loved it, my husband and I had a triple Rome , very comfortable and clean, very friendly staff.

I’m running out of something different to say as each time we go to Beyaz ( our second home!) we have another wonderful time. Beyaz is a unique gem that continues to be the perfect place for a family holiday

On the fourth night my wife fell in the main town, no alcohol involved and managed to fracture her shoulder, wrist and hand, she also caught her head, a subsequent trip and overnight stay at the hospital in Ortaca we returned to Beyaz

Getting into Dalyan town is very easy & there are numerous restaurants & shops to choose from. The staff at Beyaz are what makes us so special. They get to know you & will help with all kinds of situations

For example we needed a mobility buggy for my Mum and they organised one for us which was delivered to Beyaz. That saved a lot of hassle and time. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff

We went mob handed as there were 15 of us & each had our own apartment. We were well looked after throughout our stay at Beyaz and the organised boat trips continue to be the highlight

The apartments are spotless and only a short walk from the town which is full of great restaurants and bars. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Beyaz to anyone!
