The pool area was lovely and made even better with the amazing bar staff. Cats are looked after by the staff which was a big yes from me. Loved it here and will be back next year

The pools were lovely, and although the rooms are slightly dated, they were clean, functional, and had good air conditioning throughout, which kept us comfortable

Garden areas not tended or messy. Pools okay but one is clean, the other cloudy or vice versa. This could be a great hotel just needs to up its game. Would we come again? Probably not

We spent 7 nights at BC Hotel Spa in Dalyan and had a wonderful stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, with gorgeous surroundings and a very relaxing atmosphere

We had an amazing 10 nights in September. Had a couple of issues with the room on arrival but the lovely 2 technical guys sorted the issues out quickly

Breakfast is very disappointing with not a great selection. Chai(tea) and hot water in the same urn? Not labelled so slip tray constantly overflowing with people trying both taps to get what they want

I had a problem with pkumbing on my second night and they switched my room without hesitation. The service here is really too notch, from the excellent breakfast to the delicious and well priced meals in their lounge

A cozy, clean and atmospheric hotel, located in a great location with a sufficient choice of dishes for breakfast. The furniture is a little tired, but this does not interfere with the overall wonderful perception

The only downside is that there is live music at night, which is quite loud and will be quiet after 12 o'clock Facilities: Good Hygiene: Good Environment: OK, close to everywhere Service: Good, very attentive

I had a beef tenderloin and a grilled fish and both were among my favourites so far in Turkey. The live music in the lounge was a nice bonus. Was happy to find such a welcoming and. well priced place so close to the river

Everything is great, good service, quality environment

The breakfast although not to my taste was an extensive choice and very good. There is a wonderful shaded sunbathing area and always beds available. The pool is also great and very clean

We went on two different ones and had just the best time with great food and very reasonable priced drinks. If you are considering the Riverside you will not be disappointed

The rooms have been renovated; we were the first to use them in July 2025, and they were as brand new and spotlessly clean. Breakfast is ample and open buffet style, while dinner is served à la carte, with a daily menu

We have just returned from a 8 night stay and have only praise for the place. It’s about a 15 minute leisurely stroll into town on the banks of the river

The location is perfect – peaceful and green, yet just a short walk to the centre of Dalyan. The pool area is clean and inviting, and the garden full of shade and charm

Perfect place for a family stay. Rooms (especially family rooms) were spacious and beautifully clean. Delightful seating areas including riverside terrace where we ate breakfast as we watched river turtles swimming

Silent river side, well designed and operated place. Very good restaurant and service. Nice big swimming pool

Lovely staff , rooms cleaned daily , gorgeous gardens. Special mention to the lad at the omelette station, had the patience of a saint ; the young lady on reception & Ali the pool man , so helpful

The entire staff were customer facing, pleasant and couldn't do enough to make our stay extremely enjoyable. Special mention must go to Ali at the pool and John at the bar

Dalyan Resort Hotel Val and I have visited the Resort for 18 years, sometimes twice a year, that speaks for itself. Obviously things change over time, but not the policy of the Resort where the guests needs come first

A cab to Dalyan costs less than £4. Among the excellent staff, John in the bar and Ali the pool man were special. Not sure it would suit young families so much but we loved it

We will definitely return, however on the condition that we get to choose which rooms we are in as I don’t believe we would’ve had the same experience had we been on the ground floor? Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday!

Wonderful hotel for our 10 day stay. All the staff, especially Jucel and Dogan, were so kind and helpful and couldn't have done more to make sure we had everything we needed and took such good care of us

Although some would like it our only very small issue is that the sunbeds were all in the shade. Breakfast was very nice indeed and filled us until later in the day. The location of the hotel was also very good

Very clean hotel and the location is perfect for easy access to shops, restuarants, river trips etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will be back next year

The hotel a short walk to everything but was quiet at night. The owner was extremely nice and helpful. The breakfast was very good.

Lovely place We arrived after an awful stay in icmeler, we were welcomed with smiles off everyone here , room small but comfortable, pool area lovely, 10 minutes walk to river,nice breakfast choice for such a small hotel

The staff work so hard from breakfast onwards. My room opens on to the pool which is perfect. It is mainly Turkish visitors which I like as they are so friendly and respectful there are other nationalties too

I'm staying here at the moment and absolutely love it. Its unbelievably clean, the wonderful women come in daily, clean and change towels. The surroundings are spotless and filled with beautiful plants

This hotel was outstanding, spotlessly clean and fantastic staff. The pool was lovely and the plants around the hotel were beautiful. Breakfast was buffet style, fresh and plentiful

Stayed one night in this hotel while traveling with friends across Turkey. The hotel is clean, linens and towels are sparkling white. Hotel staff are welcoming and friendly

The bathroom and pool towels really need to be replaced - they have had their day! Easy walk into town and only 100 TL for a cab when I took one into town. Breakfast is great and omelettes to order were delicious

We don't usually take photos inside the room, so I only have pictures of the grounds. It's a small hotel with a very cozy and beautiful territory. We enjoyed the views of the river and the mountains

We visited in January, and it was cold, so there were very few guests, and the pool wasn't filled. However, the Lycian tombs are clearly visible right from the hotel

Local prices are very reasonable, and the front desk was very helpful with currency exchange! The only downside was the salt water in the showers, but it's still worth the trip!

Just a few meters away, there's a ferry across the river to the ruins of Kaunos and the tombs themselves. The streets leading to the town center are also very close by

Boiled eggs, cheese, sausage, yogurt, jam, honey, muesli/cereal. When we were the only guests left, they didn't set up the buffet, but they brought us the same items on trays that we would have picked ourselves

Breakfast was amazing - not only delicious and generous, but served by the river alongside the turtles who turned up every day for their share! It was magical - a really special start to our holiday and what felt like a happy accident given we had just been looking for somewhere within easy reach of Dalaman airport

Kerem is an incredible host who makes you feel immediately welcome and at home. The room (we had a family room for two adults and two teens) was simple, cool and comfortable

One piece of advice - the reception is at the back of the hotel after you enter from the street. We arrived at night and were (briefly) unsure if we were in the right place

Tucked just off the Main Street but still on the river and has the best views over the carvings in the cliff in the whole town! We were hosted so brilliantly and made to feel incredibly welcome

We loved everything about the Dalyan Holiday Hotel. It was peaceful, shady and relaxed, and the view of the Lycian tombs from the river terrace is absolutely spectacular

The friendliest staff you’ll ever experience. Lovely and quiet salt water pool area. Basic but absolutely fine breakfast, lots of healthy fruit and coffee

We were very well looked after by the lovely kind owner who takes great pride in his hotel and making you feel very welcome. He kept me topped up with the lovely filtered coffee in the mornings and breakfasts were lovely

It felt like everything had been designed to make guests feel comfortable, relaxed, and truly valued. I’ve stayed in quite a few boutique hotels over the years, but this one takes the top spot for me

Went here for lunch 3 times on visit to DALYAN! Atmosphere was very relaxed and chilled. Waiter was really friendly and attentive. Nice homely feel to the place plus the food was fantastic

down side of the awesome weather I guess. We love it and will be back (and back amd back). Dalyan Mossies won't stop us we will just be much better prepared

Breakfast was plentiful and varied including Turkish food, cereals, melon, toast, omlettes and pancakes. The pools were lovely but you needed to be up early for any chance of getting a sun lounger

A 5 minute walk to town, so peaceful and out of the hustle and bustle. Had 4 pools, 1 specifically for kids and 1 specifically for adults. Breakfast buffet was continental with a few Turkish traditional dishes

The gardens are beautiful, there are 3 pools (2 large ones) and plenty of lilos for all. Breakfast is good, the location is excellent - only a short stroll into town. It is very quiet, and I slept wonderfully well here

Very few places that you visit need more stars than rating allows. Hotel Calbis is one of those rare instances. On talking to most , this is not their first visit

Boat trips with the hotel captained by Ali are again a must. Well worth the money & often sold out days before. From start to finish staff are warm, friendly & attentive

The grounds are beautiful, 4 pools to choose from (one quiet adult only, one salt water) breakfast is amazing with fantastic fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals, hot foods, an egg chef for whatever eggs you desire

Balcony was small and had no privacy,but this is a small minus compared to the cleanliness and layout of the hotel, and friendliness of the staff. Meals at lunch can be paid by card or cash at the end of the trip

There was good WiFi by the pool and bar. The hotel is a 5 minute stroll along the river to the village. The walkway along the river is lined by restaurants on the water but it was still leafy and pleasant

The village/town has many restaurants, several small supermarkets and ATMs. The river bank is a harbour for hundreds of river boats offering trips. We took a day trip including mud bath, lunch and beach

The highlight of the area is the archeological site at Kaunos. The family love animals and were never short of a kitten to stroke. The cats and dogs roam freely everywhere and seem friendly, healthy and well fed

We didn’t actually stay here but we did eat here a couple of times. Fantastic Turkish breakfast, great variety although it was huge. Sat on the river front decking, was fun watching the turtles too

We had a very enjoyable holiday at the Turay Hotel. Tomas is mentioned in several reviews and he is really kind and caring. We were there in October half term for the last few days of the season

We were very lucky with the weather. Hot sunshine in the day changing to chilly evenings when the sun goes down. It was clean and felt freezing for the first couple of minutes but was fine after that

We also noticed the saltwater pool and sun lounger cushions could have done with a more thorough clean, too. ​The hotel's policy on smoking is something to consider

Traditionally, it's an unlucky day in UK. Upon arrival, reception staff were friendly and informative. Accommodation was spotless, and the bed was comfortable. Excellent customer service from restaurant and bar staff

A good location not too far from town. Maybe a 10-15min walk depending on pace or taxi if you’re not feeling the walk was not too expensive. We paid for late check out as we didn’t leave until late

While it's not allowed in the rooms, it is permitted on balconies and in communal areas. Personally, I would have preferred it to be non-smoking everywhere, but it's good to be aware of

We felt like vips when we arrived here. The room was exactly what we needed. Comfy bed and a decent shower. Rambo and Faith were amazing all through our stay

Breakfast is served next to the river with the turtles and tombs, and it’s absolutely beautiful. Staff, especially the breakfast staff were so kind

The receptionist was very friendly along with all the staff! I even met the owners who gave me a local history lesson not in the books! They were able to guide us to some great places to see the area, some beautiful hidden spots, along with what seemed the very best recommendations for restaurant's to enjoy our many dinners! We also were able to make several friends that were also visiting Tourists...

This place was very clean! Of all the Hotels in this area it has the very best view of the tombs, day or night! I loved being able to call a water taxi to turtle beach

The hotel was in a residential location, with some restaurants closeby, a handy grocery store, and only 10-15 mins walk to the centre of town for lots of restaurant, shops and bars, and also the square to take a bus to Ortaca or the beach etc

The first thing that comes to mind when I say "Dalyan. " Be sure to include it in your booking list. The pool is a pleasure – the legendary huge pool. There is bar service at the pool

Just love this hotel, just back from a fab week. Excellent and very friendly staff, in all departments. Great pool and lovely gardens, very clean. Some of the rooms are a bit tired, but spotless

We also appreciated the quieter area to relax that is set back away from the pool and the comfy booths for a change of scene. We also love the riverside walk into Dalyan from the hotel

All the staff are lovely and we were well looked after while we were there. There is plenty of space around the pool with comfortable sun beds, umbrellas and tables

Hotel position was great, not too far to the restaurants and main shops and boat trips. Recommend the car ferry over which is right beside the hotel to see the ruins and tombs. Would throughly recommend this hotel

Breakfast delicious and plentiful, beds were comfy, good showers too with plenty of hot water. Was a nice calm and quiet hotel and staff were all lovely too, if you needed anything or wanted information

Having never been to Dalyan before and seeing the reviews for this hotel we definitely made the right choice. Rooms beautifully clean and nicely decorated, loved the Turkish lamps was a nice touch

Everything you need in the room too. We particularly liked to go in the gardens looking out to the river so relaxing and peaceful. Pool and bar area also clean and inviting

They were so nice, I gave them both a gift of chocolate. Our room was also lovely, A22, facing the pool and had all the amenities we needed

Bathrooms are extremely dark and good luck with taking a nice shower. The bed sheets and towels are like sanding paper. I guess they do not use softener at all. Wifi does not work in the rooms at all

You sit on the dock and have a clear view of amazing ruins with the sunsetting beside it. The garden and vibe was really gorgeous and relaxing. Again you can feel the passion of the owners in what they put into the place

Cute, quiet and comfortable rooms and a beautiful garden area to sit in and view the ancient tombs lit up across the river at night. The breakfast is very basic, so I would skip that and go I to town for that

Absolutely wonderful holiday in a family run hotel, the staff couldn't do enough for us. Sun beds were always available, if not at the main pool there's a second one just around the corner to accommodate

Plenty of loungers around both pools to relax with few shaded areas, perfect for sun bathing

Breakfast was perfect, enough choice and even fresh omelettes made to order on some mornings 😍 the service and hospitality provided by the kitchen/dinning staff in the mornings was just amazing, greated to breakfast with a smile, nothing was ever an issue and would go out their way to help 👍🏽 Hardworking humble people who graft in 35 degrees+, i have the upmost respect for them

You come on holiday for sun and swimming pool and great service. You won't be disappointed here. The pool is very big and immaculate clean inside and outside. The bar area is relaxing and everything you want

you get sun from 7am until after 7pm with plenty of sunbeds with cushions. The bedrooms have large beds and are very comfortable. The house keeper keeps everywhere spotless clean she is a mazing

The rooms are basic but clean, the breakfast bar has a good selection, and the pool area is a great place to relax. My advice is to take the time to talk to the staff and establish a friendship

A clean and pleasant hotel set in a lovely gardens, the pool attended to clean every day. The room's are no frills but spotless free air conditioning. Breakfasts is simple bit fresh

Cesar was brilliant also he is trying to speak English, he use to use his phone to translate, he would be better if more English people were there, anyway he was lovely and friendly thank you very much, see you soon xx
