Had a fab holiday again at the Keskin Lovely friendly staff great setting Wide selection of food for breakfast to suit all tastes Would highly recommend a stay

down side of the awesome weather I guess. We love it and will be back (and back amd back). Dalyan Mossies won't stop us we will just be much better prepared

Love the staffs attentiveness, Ibrahim who we saw the most has an excellent memory and remembered the little stuff we told him which obviously makes you feel very valued! We had a faulty lightbulb and he came to fix it straight away

My sons and husband enjoyed the pool table, there was no charge. Fresh juice at breakfast would be better. There could be a bigger bin in the room and some times the cocktails were not made consistently good

Lovely friendly hotel full of people who have been back several times. Website images dont do it justice. 10/10 would be 11/10 if the bars had fans and glasses were chilled as drinks get warm lightning fast

Boiled eggs, cheese, sausage, yogurt, jam, honey, muesli/cereal. When we were the only guests left, they didn't set up the buffet, but they brought us the same items on trays that we would have picked ourselves

We don't usually take photos inside the room, so I only have pictures of the grounds. It's a small hotel with a very cozy and beautiful territory. We enjoyed the views of the river and the mountains

The boat we booked picked up at the hotel pier and took us to Iztuzu Beach, the most beautiful beach we encountered on our trip to Turkey. The Blue Shell dinner we booked was delicious

Just a few meters away, there's a ferry across the river to the ruins of Kaunos and the tombs themselves. The streets leading to the town center are also very close by

We visited in January, and it was cold, so there were very few guests, and the pool wasn't filled. However, the Lycian tombs are clearly visible right from the hotel

A magical resort with great fishing 🎣 and delicious breakfast 😋. The manager was very nice and helped arrange the room, which was very satisfying

The breakfast although not to my taste was an extensive choice and very good. There is a wonderful shaded sunbathing area and always beds available. The pool is also great and very clean

We went on two different ones and had just the best time with great food and very reasonable priced drinks. If you are considering the Riverside you will not be disappointed

We were in one of the updated rooms and a friend had stayed the previous year prior to the remodel and couldn’t believe the increase in size of them. All of the staff are all friendly and extremely polite

Other than the noise at night, the hotel is brilliant and in the best position in Dalyan. Maybe we were just unlucky with the days we were there but we would simply know to ask for a quiet room next time

They made some changes/renovations recently , and now there are less banana trees, less green but still very nice. Facing the big rock; which enhances rhe feeling of isolation

Perfect place for a family stay. Rooms (especially family rooms) were spacious and beautifully clean. Delightful seating areas including riverside terrace where we ate breakfast as we watched river turtles swimming

The hotel is always spotless and well maintained, plus the service is very personal, professional and excellent. Unlike big hotels you are treated as an individual

Every year then owners invest in a major improvement, this year it was a new walk in pool- which is excellent

We absolutely love this hotel, it is so very special. We have visited many times over the last 15 years, but since 2021 when it was taken over and refurbished it has gone from strength to strength

This hotel is in a great spot, offers lovely, fresh food. The staff are so friendly, always keen to help. The rooms and the communal areas are always spotless and clean

Only warning would be that if you are in the attic rooms, mind your head on the slopes ceilings

The staff are all lovely, always smiling and very hardworking, even through one particularly spectacular storm they rallied round, out in the pouring rain and still able to provide breakfast as usual, they were outstanding

Overall, one of our best holidays yet and we’ve been on many! Kids didn’t miss all inclusive options or water slides one bit! Oh and there was no issue at all with securing sunbeds around the pool!

All staff really friendly and a nice bar open in the evening. Walking distance to the restaurants and all the boat trips

Once again, a second visit to the Hotel Calbis. Wonderful location for a relaxing holiday in beautiful gardens and surroundings encompassing the hills around Dalyan. Fantastic staff, great owners

We have visited Dalyan about 12 times, 11 of which we have stayed at the Calbis. As soon as we arrive we can relax knowing that the quality of the pools, gardens and rooms will be excellent

First of all as soon as we got there we could not resist to have are First swim in the pool even though it was quite late. After we got out the pool we decided to have a first look at the bedroom

Immaculately clean, nice decor, good value hotel. Perfect location to explore what the area has to offer. Plenty of restaurants on the street.

The room small and clean. Staff didn’t speak English well. They were courteous and relaxed. The breakfast was basic but adequate and the location to local attractions was good. Peaceful and enjoyable location.

good value Have stayed here before some time ago and am pleased to say it has been re-furbished and is now looking allot better, the rooms are fine and the views from the roof terrace are wonderful where you also get a buffet breakfast

Good price value for Dalyan, but the room was simply too small for 2 people. I had to tie my shoe laces in the bathroom because my partner otherwise couldn’t move in the room

Amazing room and amazing hospitality. It’s a very short walk from the bustling side of the Dalyan coast. Breakfast was all vegetarian but Turkish style. For a person who loves various cuisines I loved it

The food is excellent and a great chice for breakfast. Thanks to Dilek, Murat and the ladies. A short walk to town, 5 mins on a flat road and less than 2 mins to a minimarket

Superb, delicious breakfast with pool view - excellent choice of bread, savoury and sweet options, with eggs cooked to taste

Pool and outdoor area is so serene that you would rather stay out than in your own room. AC rooms with fresh towels every day. Mr Murat and his wife were very helpful and friendly

Clean and well maintained our room was serviced every day. The sisters who work there are also extremely helpful. No loud music around the pool and plenty of room for everyone

Had an evening meal here, first time for us despite us coming for 10 years. What can I say, one of the best meals I’ve had in Dalyan. The staff are lovely and what a view across the river looking at the tombs

We visited several years ago and loved the place being scenic, peaceful, quiet, excellent value, great for getting to everywhere and Filiz and her staff was amazing

Stayed at Beyaz Villas for many years with family and friends, love it there. a friendly, welcoming place, nothing is too much trouble for Serdar and staff. He organises trips exclusively for Beyaz guests

We have recently returned from a fab stay at Beyaz. We travelled with a big group of 15 including our 3 year old son and we couldn’t of been made to feel more welcome

Getting into Dalyan town is very easy & there are numerous restaurants & shops to choose from. The staff at Beyaz are what makes us so special. They get to know you & will help with all kinds of situations

For example we needed a mobility buggy for my Mum and they organised one for us which was delivered to Beyaz. That saved a lot of hassle and time. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff

We went mob handed as there were 15 of us & each had our own apartment. We were well looked after throughout our stay at Beyaz and the organised boat trips continue to be the highlight

Lovely family holiday - fantastic accommodation with a great atmosphere and close to the town. The villas are clean, the pool area/gardens are superb and the staff are brilliant and friendly

My best friend (Mel) and I came for a stay at the end of August 2025. We wanted peace, quiet and to feel safe

We got exactly what we came for! Unfortunately, I have lost my little bits of paper with all the names on, however, this family run hotel is beautiful

We will be back again next year, without a doubt and God willing! Oh, and the shopping was excellent! Watch out for the mosquitoes though! Spray is on the bar, free of charge, as was the fridge and air conditioning! We look forward to our trip next year!

Traditional turkish breakfast made by the family each morning, a bbq can be arranged if booked in advance to have by the pool im the evening, the food was again traditional and amazing, drinks by the pool too… all of which is more than reasonable and bill is paid for at the end of your stay

If what you want is a chilled out vibe (the bar music was incredible, but I know this is subjective!), then this is your place. 15 min walk along the river and you are in central Dalyan

Got to say one of the best meals we had in Dalyan this year. So tasty , lots of it and very reasonable

The breakfast was a typical Turkish breakfast but was plentiful. The only downside for us was there was no kettle in the room. The hotel also has a bar and restaurant and the menu was varied and a good price

The double bed made the room feel cramped. The cleanliness was very good. There were available rooms during the winter season. My rating would have been much higher if the room had been upgraded.

We both had steak and it came with beautifully cooked vegetables and a creamy veg mash that I will going back and begging the recipe for. It’s a shame that there are so few people eat there

The hotel says it does laundry but it doesn’t , you can make a private arrangement with room service who were good and efficient

It's quiet and close to the center. The rooms are a bit small, but clean. The bathroom is spotless, even if it's not very big. The breakfast is pretty decent, with very fresh pastries. The staff is friendly and attentive

Staff r really helpful especially Eric. If hairdryer is important to people u don't need to take one with u. The only downside for us was the bedding. Far too small for size of bed otherwise perfect

We have stayed at Michelangelo 4 times now, the staff are always so welcoming and helpful, creating a genuinely friendly and relaxed atmosphere throughout your stay

The staff are amazing, welcoming and cannot do enough for you, nothing is too much for them, they treat you like family and it feels like home every time we visit

Threw in extra cakes when we bought a bottle of champagne which was chilled in the room for arrival, and staff couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful

A place where you can have a nice holiday with your family in a family environment, with a large garden and a pool, a wonderful environment, thank you Hüseyin Bey for such a beautiful environment.

A great villa hotel to go with your family, Dalyan is a place to see and visit and it is in a beautiful location right in the middle of Fethiye and Marmaris. We thank the owner Hüseyin Bey very much for his hospitality.

The downside is that there are no mosquito nets on the balcony doors. The air conditioning and solar water heater are all working. The kitchen has ample utensils. Hüseyin Bey is very attentive and helpful

It's within walking distance of Dalyan's market, so you can stroll there in the evenings. We arrived later than our other group. We stayed for four days and wish we had spent most of our holiday here

Four families spent the holiday together. It's the perfect place for families. The pool is large, and the kids had a blast because there were other families there. We stayed in a 2-bedroom house

Breakfast is excellent, fresh squeezed orange juice for example plus lots of fresh healthy dishes. Nothing is ever too much trouble ,not being tech savvy if I need help with iPad or phone. Deniz or her friend are at hand

From our welcome on arrival until we left 14 days later we were treated like royalty. Genuine hospitality and friendship. The breakfasts are something else again,to people used to a bowl of cereal they are exceptional

First the hotel so convenient for Dalyan,but quiete. I don’t know where to start with the breakfasts,everything so fresh and lots all served in the garden by the pool. Freshly pressed orange juice home made jams etc

Recently returned from Dalyan and of course we once again stayed with Turgay and Deniz and staff at Erasmus. I’m running out of superlatives. Genuine friendly service for everyone , no false smiles here

Once again we returned to Dalyan which never disappoints. As for Erasmus it’s difficult to say anything more than we have in previous reviews. Deniz and Turgay have once again done us proud
