Everything is great, good service, quality environment

The staff is good, the location is excellent, but the hotel needs renovation and is outdated. There is a fungus in the soul. It will do as an intermediate place to spend the night

A cozy, clean and atmospheric hotel, located in a great location with a sufficient choice of dishes for breakfast. The furniture is a little tired, but this does not interfere with the overall wonderful perception

Stayed here for 10 days with my family everyone is absolutely amazing and caring the staff are so polite and the locals are such a delight food 10/10 every day just an amazing experience

The breakfast although not to my taste was an extensive choice and very good. There is a wonderful shaded sunbathing area and always beds available. The pool is also great and very clean

We went on two different ones and had just the best time with great food and very reasonable priced drinks. If you are considering the Riverside you will not be disappointed

Other than the noise at night, the hotel is brilliant and in the best position in Dalyan. Maybe we were just unlucky with the days we were there but we would simply know to ask for a quiet room next time

We have just returned from a 8 night stay and have only praise for the place. It’s about a 15 minute leisurely stroll into town on the banks of the river

Perfect place for a family stay. Rooms (especially family rooms) were spacious and beautifully clean. Delightful seating areas including riverside terrace where we ate breakfast as we watched river turtles swimming

Food was good, with daily set menu and a la carte choices. Swimming pool was clean with plenty of sun loungers. Hotel was a short drive from centre of Dalyan. We had an excellent stay and wouldn't hesitate to go back

The Hotel, hotel staff and the location were very, very good and when we got home, we immediately booked to go back next year

A cab to Dalyan costs less than £4. Among the excellent staff, John in the bar and Ali the pool man were special. Not sure it would suit young families so much but we loved it

Dalyan Resort Hotel Val and I have visited the Resort for 18 years, sometimes twice a year, that speaks for itself. Obviously things change over time, but not the policy of the Resort where the guests needs come first

Food in the hotel was typically Turkish - nice simple food but there are also a lot of great little places to eat right along the riverside or in Dalyan town that you can walk to or get a cab in the evening

We meet Many guests who return time and time again, The location is ideal for us, beautiful gardens on a river setting, no shortage of areas sunbathing. May not suite families with teenagers

Shame they didn't include real balconies when they built the place but the Dalyan Resort still got an overall 5 star rating from us

Stayed two nights to have a day and a bit to explore Dalyan. Used the hotel solely as an accommodation base. Breakfast good, owner very helpful and does speak excellent English. Sorted taxi for us back to airport

Although some would like it our only very small issue is that the sunbeds were all in the shade. Breakfast was very nice indeed and filled us until later in the day. The location of the hotel was also very good

Wonderful hotel for our 10 day stay. All the staff, especially Jucel and Dogan, were so kind and helpful and couldn't have done more to make sure we had everything we needed and took such good care of us

The hotel a short walk to everything but was quiet at night. The owner was extremely nice and helpful. The breakfast was very good.

Very nice outdoor furniture and clean and well maintained outdoor pool. We also liked breakfast- good value for money. The only disadvantage was internet in the rooms, very slow

Lovely relaxed, family run hotel. Stayed here in August well placed for the town and all that it has to offer. Lovely amenities, very clean, good food and helpful and friendly hosts.

Fabulous Hotel! Would absolutely stay again! My friends and I enjoyed our stay at Vespera. Check-in was seamless, and the service and attentiveness by staff was excellent

The staff work so hard from breakfast onwards. My room opens on to the pool which is perfect. It is mainly Turkish visitors which I like as they are so friendly and respectful there are other nationalties too

I'm staying here at the moment and absolutely love it. Its unbelievably clean, the wonderful women come in daily, clean and change towels. The surroundings are spotless and filled with beautiful plants

Boiled eggs, cheese, sausage, yogurt, jam, honey, muesli/cereal. When we were the only guests left, they didn't set up the buffet, but they brought us the same items on trays that we would have picked ourselves

We don't usually take photos inside the room, so I only have pictures of the grounds. It's a small hotel with a very cozy and beautiful territory. We enjoyed the views of the river and the mountains

The boat we booked picked up at the hotel pier and took us to Iztuzu Beach, the most beautiful beach we encountered on our trip to Turkey. The Blue Shell dinner we booked was delicious

Just a few meters away, there's a ferry across the river to the ruins of Kaunos and the tombs themselves. The streets leading to the town center are also very close by

We visited in January, and it was cold, so there were very few guests, and the pool wasn't filled. However, the Lycian tombs are clearly visible right from the hotel

A magical resort with great fishing 🎣 and delicious breakfast 😋. The manager was very nice and helped arrange the room, which was very satisfying

Tucked just off the Main Street but still on the river and has the best views over the carvings in the cliff in the whole town! We were hosted so brilliantly and made to feel incredibly welcome

Very nice stay at Dalyan. The garden awith thé swimming pool and the river is excellent to chill and enjoy a drink. A very nice atmosphère with an amazing view on the ruins :)

The food prepared by Karim's staff was excellent for both breakfast and dinner. Karim is an excellent host and helps all his guests have a great time. He also has great tips on sightseeing and shops

We have travelled quite a lot in Turkey and love to stay in small, Turkish family hotels This hotel really was in an ideal location, with very friendly service and excellent food

Breakfast was amazing - not only delicious and generous, but served by the river alongside the turtles who turned up every day for their share! It was magical - a really special start to our holiday and what felt like a happy accident given we had just been looking for somewhere within easy reach of Dalaman airport

down side of the awesome weather I guess. We love it and will be back (and back amd back). Dalyan Mossies won't stop us we will just be much better prepared

Love the staffs attentiveness, Ibrahim who we saw the most has an excellent memory and remembered the little stuff we told him which obviously makes you feel very valued! We had a faulty lightbulb and he came to fix it straight away

My sons and husband enjoyed the pool table, there was no charge. Fresh juice at breakfast would be better. There could be a bigger bin in the room and some times the cocktails were not made consistently good

Lovely friendly hotel full of people who have been back several times. Website images dont do it justice. 10/10 would be 11/10 if the bars had fans and glasses were chilled as drinks get warm lightning fast

A 5 minute walk to town, so peaceful and out of the hustle and bustle. Had 4 pools, 1 specifically for kids and 1 specifically for adults. Breakfast buffet was continental with a few Turkish traditional dishes

The gardens are beautiful, there are 3 pools (2 large ones) and plenty of lilos for all. Breakfast is good, the location is excellent - only a short stroll into town. It is very quiet, and I slept wonderfully well here

Very few places that you visit need more stars than rating allows. Hotel Calbis is one of those rare instances. On talking to most , this is not their first visit

Lots of coat hangers in the wardrobes, fully functioning air conditioning, excellent shower with hot water all of the time and a free safe to use, kettle, tea and coffee making facilities in room, fridge in room with bottled water upon arrival (and not everywhere does that as standard)

Maybe not so good if you have a fear of dogs

Nice tranquil hotel with 4 pools. Room with ac cleaned every day. Good breakfast buffet with a chef cooking fresh omelettes and pancakes. Nice bar, where you can order snacks. 10min walk to town, 7pm minibus laid on

Traditionally, it's an unlucky day in UK. Upon arrival, reception staff were friendly and informative. Accommodation was spotless, and the bed was comfortable. Excellent customer service from restaurant and bar staff

Good selection of drinks and food at reasonable prices. The location is great, and only a short walk into town. Just booked up for Saturday, 13th June, for 2 weeks

A good location not too far from town. Maybe a 10-15min walk depending on pace or taxi if you’re not feeling the walk was not too expensive. We paid for late check out as we didn’t leave until late

We have had lunch here most days and the menu is varied including authentic Turkish dishes, great choice of drinks including cocktails. Very friendly helpful staff and nothing is too much trouble

We felt like vips when we arrived here. The room was exactly what we needed. Comfy bed and a decent shower. Rambo and Faith were amazing all through our stay

The food and drinks were reasonably priced we thought and decent quality too. The pool was great although they did change the water due to the forest fire and it was freezing for the rest of the holiday

We also appreciated the quieter area to relax that is set back away from the pool and the comfy booths for a change of scene. We also love the riverside walk into Dalyan from the hotel

All the staff are lovely and we were well looked after while we were there. There is plenty of space around the pool with comfortable sun beds, umbrellas and tables

A very easy 15-20mins along a paved path - the scenery is stunning! And the path is well lit at night too. We wouldn't consider staying anywhere else in Dalyan!

The first thing that comes to mind when I say "Dalyan. " Be sure to include it in your booking list. The pool is a pleasure – the legendary huge pool. There is bar service at the pool

This is a truly delightful hotel - we love it so much this was our third visit! We stayed half board and would highly recommend the amazing food - such a choice both for breakfast and the evening meal

Breakfast delicious and plentiful, beds were comfy, good showers too with plenty of hot water. Was a nice calm and quiet hotel and staff were all lovely too, if you needed anything or wanted information

Hotel position was great, not too far to the restaurants and main shops and boat trips. Recommend the car ferry over which is right beside the hotel to see the ruins and tombs. Would throughly recommend this hotel

And we had to wait a little, although we arrived a couple of hours later than the agreed upon 14-00 The hotel is very beautiful, stylish and well maintained. There were problems with water, they were quickly resolved

Having never been to Dalyan before and seeing the reviews for this hotel we definitely made the right choice. Rooms beautifully clean and nicely decorated, loved the Turkish lamps was a nice touch

The only reason I've not given five stars is that I wasn't keen on the breakfast, albeit, plenty of fruit, which was good and so was the tea urn and coffees, but the hot food was a bit of a let down, I

We recently visited Dalyan for a friend’s wedding and we dined here one evening and have to say it was an amazing experience. The venue is superb, overlooking the river and the rock carvings in the background

Perfect position right on the river, it was great watching the boats every morning and evening. Location was right in the middle of town, Central to all shops and restaurants

She looks after everyone, nothing is too much trouble, she is kind and caring, and she is basically managing the hotel. Can't wait to return this year

The owners, Cihan and Selen, are exceptional – warm, generous, and deeply invested in making sure every guest feels not just welcome, but at home. And as for the staff? Absolutely outstanding

Just returned after a weeks stay. The outside of the hotel and the lobby area give a good first impression. Shown to our room which turned out to be a family room

The owner, managers and staff are so friendly so welcoming. The pool area is surrounded by luscious fruit trees and a classic little ottoman area to chill and relax in in the evenings. Food and bar were well priced

Absolutely lovely- It is built to give the impression of a tree- house and it has a quirky fabulous vibe. The bedrooms have each door painted with a forest scene

Dalyan centre is about 10 minutes walking distance, where you can access daytime and evening boat trips. And iztuzu beack is just around 20 mins by car

Lovely hotel in my opinion all staff very friendly and helpful. Cleaning card in room you put on outside of door if you want room cleaned. Big shower room and plenty hot water. Breakfast was fine always something to eat

Fresh fruit, meats, cheeses, Cereal, bread, a hot dish with cheese spring rolls, tea, coffee and water. My husband had the chicken sandwich for lunch every day we were here which was good value (200 lira)

Amazing room and amazing hospitality. It’s a very short walk from the bustling side of the Dalyan coast. Breakfast was all vegetarian but Turkish style. For a person who loves various cuisines I loved it

Pool and outdoor area is so serene that you would rather stay out than in your own room. AC rooms with fresh towels every day. Mr Murat and his wife were very helpful and friendly

Clean and well maintained our room was serviced every day. The sisters who work there are also extremely helpful. No loud music around the pool and plenty of room for everyone

Went tonight for Turkish mezes, and it turned out to be the best meal we have eaten while in Dalyan. 5 mezes included in price, and we opted for chicken over lamb and fish

The wonderful manager Kezban is very friendly, helpful and professional. I will return because of her service and I am sure gave us the best room

The hotel has a good restaurant but can be noisy as you can hear the music up to around 11pm which didn’t affect us

There’s a small pool and a pool bar and the family run hotel is near the main area where you can take the boat trips to turtle beach and the mud bath and thermal pools next to a lake

To add to the perfect meal, a live band played traditional music, staff very friendly 👌 sorry we found this at the end of our stay so may not get to visit again during this holiday

We were so pleased with the hotel and the service it offered that it is hard to describe my feelings about it in words! First of all, the sincerity, hospitality and heartfelt approach of the business owners really impressed us

This small but thoughtful detail was a kind of finesse that we have never encountered in any 5-star hotel before. The care they show to their guests is truly admirable

We got exactly what we came for! Unfortunately, I have lost my little bits of paper with all the names on, however, this family run hotel is beautiful

We will be back again next year, without a doubt and God willing! Oh, and the shopping was excellent! Watch out for the mosquitoes though! Spray is on the bar, free of charge, as was the fridge and air conditioning! We look forward to our trip next year!

Traditional turkish breakfast made by the family each morning, a bbq can be arranged if booked in advance to have by the pool im the evening, the food was again traditional and amazing, drinks by the pool too… all of which is more than reasonable and bill is paid for at the end of your stay

If what you want is a chilled out vibe (the bar music was incredible, but I know this is subjective!), then this is your place. 15 min walk along the river and you are in central Dalyan

The breakfast was excellent, not buffet style which would not work for such a small hotel. Situated on the edge of town, it's just a few minute walk to the main street but far enough to be peaceful

The breakfast was a typical Turkish breakfast but was plentiful. The only downside for us was there was no kettle in the room. The hotel also has a bar and restaurant and the menu was varied and a good price

Got to say one of the best meals we had in Dalyan this year. So tasty , lots of it and very reasonable

Booked this hotel on the spur of the moment having stayed the previous night at a terrible hotel. Lovely room, exceptionally clean, comfy bed, warm (for January) using the aircon to blow hot air

We both had steak and it came with beautifully cooked vegetables and a creamy veg mash that I will going back and begging the recipe for. It’s a shame that there are so few people eat there
