Had a two night stay here and cannot recommend it enough! The staff are helpful and hotel is well kept, pretty and clean in all areas. The beds are the comfiest I have ever stayed in in turkey ( they are usually rock hard) location is ideal for an easy walk to all the bars etc but the hotel is in a quiet area. Only warning would be that if you are in the attic rooms, mind your head on the slopes ceilings...

Ideal location only a short walk into town but the hotel could be so much better with some management. Staff are all polite but wander about aimlessly. We had an amazing 10 nights in September. Had a couple of issues with the room on arrival but the lovely 2 technical guys sorted the issues out quickly. The pool area was lovely and made even better with the amazing bar staff. Cats are looked after by the staff which was a big yes from me. Loved it here and will be back next year

Spent a lovely week at holiday calbis, room was clean and shower powerful. Omelette station saved the day for breakfast. Four pools to choose from always managed to get a sun lounger in the sun. First time visiting Dalyan, will not be my last. We were so impressed with this hotel that we actually booked for next year whilst lying on the sun bed. Had a wonderful week in autumn, away from the bustle of the city. Wonderful territory, comfortable accommodation. The host is an ideal master of his craft. I would like to separately note that it was nice to go fishing accompanied by Hussein. As a fisherman to fishermen I highly recommend this place.

We have just got back from a week's stay. The hotel is closed this summer due to work needing to be done, we stayed on the apartment which we booked anyway. The apartments are very nice and traditional, 10 minute walk to the centre of dalyan and around 30-40 mins from airport. The host mirna is very friendly and helpful. Its self catering but there's plenty of shops around. I would recommend this place

We stayed at the apartments rather than the hotel, it was an excellent holiday. The staff are all friendly and treat you like a member of the extended family. An amazing holiday at this lovely family run hotel. Nice quiet location but still walkable to town. Great pool, great food, great service. The two brothers and mum always happy to help us out, offer advice, and make our stay special.

The business is nice, warm environment, everyone is smiling, we were very pleased about it. The rooms are clean, air-conditioned, there are many items in the kitchen, so you should not have any problems with that. Dalyan is very close to the bazaar, we went as a family, we are very satisfied, we recommend it 🤗

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel owners, a lovely mother and son, were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our visit. The rooms looked great and were very clean. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which made our stay even more comfortable. You can really feel that the owners care about their guests. Would definitely recommend!

The hotel is average, no soundproofing, the plumbing is not in the best condition, old. No wardrobes.

Pool was great on a hot day Easy walk to shops and restaurants. Hotel was comfortable and quiet though dated, the aircon in our room was noisy

The Yakut was basic clean and good value for the price .It was in a good position just 10 mins walk to the river .

Loved the quiet location yet with shops and transport nearby. The property does need higher beds and higher toilet seat, as are way too low - not convenient at all for people with disabilities or older people. Please have equality for all. Loved the balcony listening to the birds. Also need to address the health and safety aspects with cables , wires, etc for guests safety.
