Vera Hotel Kaş in Kas

A disgrace.
I had a mediocre experience during my stay in Kaş thanks to this hotel. I'll try to share the bad experiences I can think of. First of all, the shower jet was broken, and the water took a long time to warm up. There was no headboard, and the room wasn't cleaned the entire time we stayed. The toilet flush was broken, and there was no staff to report it to. Even the entrance door was faulty; the key cylinder was broken; even that hadn't been fixed. There's not even a reception at the entrance, and it's a completely unsecured place. The coffee and tea glasses served for breakfast were also full of coffee residue. In short, it's the perfect place if you're looking to ruin your vacation and waste your money.

First, the location and service are excellent. However, I couldn't connect to the Wi-Fi at this hotel. Despite contacting the staff several times, they promised to fix it as soon as possible. However, they were just talking and didn't do anything. Secondly, there was almost no hot water in the bathroom, which was very uncomfortable. Finally, the hotel is located on a bar street, and they play incredibly loud DJs until 2 a.m., making it impossible to sleep. I repeatedly asked for a room change, but was refused, even though they had plenty of rooms available. This hotel is not cheap, and the amenities are the worst I've seen in Turkey! I could have stayed in Istanbul for the same price, making it a very poor value. If you're looking for a good night's sleep, this is a good choice.

Even though we arrived at the hotel at 15:00, the room was not ready. There was no TV even though there was one in the pictures. The shower was either hot or cold. It said there was a parking lot, but there was no parking lot.
