I was staying alone and don't speak any foreign languages, but I had no problem communicating with the staff. Everyone was very welcoming, accommodating, and helpful. The breakfast was very good. The room was more or less clean. However, I was very surprised by the SEVERELY WRINKLED BED LINENS. I wish the renovations had been more recent, as the wallpaper was peeling in some places. The bathroom fixtures were clean, but they were showing signs of wear and tear. If you ignore these details, this is a very good option for the price.

The hotel representative was a friendly. But the Hotel is a complete Dump! The blanket was too small for the bed. The one and only towel had what appeared to have bleach stains. There’s no separation or divider for the shower. If you shower, you wet the entire bathroom, ie the toilet and sink!!!

Price performance
The welcome was nice, the people who took care of us were friendly and did their best. Thank you. But I can't say the same about the cleanliness. Of course, it's not too bad, it's at a decent level. I can say it's worth the price, but on my next trip, another place I stayed at for the same price was excellent in terms of cleanliness. So, it seems it's possible.

It was awful! The hotel is absolutely filthy! Toilet didn’t work and was dirty, the furniture was broken and looked like trash. The photos of the hotel which were on the site, didn’t match at all. couldn’t stay in that hotel, it was impossible. I asked for the refund but they refused. I paid 100% for the booking in advance and lost it all. I booked the hotel using Ostrovok app. This company wasn’t interested in solving my problem, so basically they did nothing. I’m very disappointed. I would never recommend this hotel or Ostrovok app.

It is a terrible place! Filthy and stinky! Everything is broken, bed is dirty and has burnt holes from cigarettes. Hair from previous guests. To say that the bathroom was dirty - not to say anything! It was disgusting! Don’t look at the pictures on the site, they are absolutely different! All I want to say is don’t go there! We have paid the full price for 15 days, booked it based on pics and reviews through Ostrovok. When we saw the place, we were shocked! And asked to return money, they said to do it through Ostrovok. Well now all Ostrovok is saying is that the hotel has refused to return the money!! We are very disappointed as staying at that hotel would have been a disgrace! So the hotel and Ostrovok are both not decent!

The bathroom was terrible. Old, dirty. Towels were gray. The room was okay. Air was coming in from the windows. Service was friendly.

The staff were friendly, but the bathroom water didn't drain at all, so I couldn't shower. The towels, pillow covers, and sheets (crumpled) needed to be cleaned.

Definitely will not stay there again. Even though I don't require much, I cannot deal with holes in the walls, peeling paint, ceilings damaged, windows that will not close at all etc. I think I would rather pay a lot more and be safer and better in my travels.
