Where to stay in Mersin

The hotel has definitely seen better days...a shame. It's certainly not a resort, but our room still had a "wow" factor: two floors, large windows. However, the kitchen was purely decorative; all the cupboards were empty, and the stove wasn't connected. That was annoying, as we had expected to be able to cook. Nevertheless, we were satisfied, because at that price, we weren't expecting luxury.

The room was fine. It's a shame the kitchen in the apartment isn't functional. There's only a refrigerator and a kettle. For the price, it's a good hotel.

Hello, this is a place we frequently choose for accommodation and we recommend it to everyone. However, on our last visit, there was a hot water shortage. When we contacted the reception, they stated it was due to high demand. We couldn't use hot water in the evening or morning. Apart from that, everything was great.

It is a different hotel in concept. It has two-storey rooms and rooms with jacuzzis. We preferred the room with jacuzzi. It was a very pleasant and clean hotel. We had a good time. It was a peaceful holiday. Definitely recommended. The staff was incredibly attentive.

The bathroom was very small and not clean. The bathroom was very small compared to the room size. There weren't two pillows on the bed. The balcony could have been better designed for practicality and the size of the room. The staff was very friendly.

I was there 3 nights and I don’t have any complaints, the breakfast is great, the service is always helpful and the rooms are very comfortable, it is close to many interesting points of the city and I’m sure you will have a great time, the only issue was the safe didn’t work

I had a 6-day stay at the hotel with 10 16-year old pupils and another teacher for and Erasmus mobility. We all felt at ease and comfortable. Staff at the waiting on and at the reception were genuinely kind, highly supportive and pupils found them funny and friendly. I highly recommend the hotel too for the copious and mouthwatering food.

This is an average hotel. It served my purpose which mean i will stay there in the future if i am traveling solo. I liked the area because many people speak Arabic there. There is also a mixed variety of food.

Manager kindly switched reservation for my delay due to health problems. Many others would just remind me it was non-refundable -- but this place has a heart.

I am grateful for the hotel staff understanding my health problems & kindly allowing me to change my reservation with Expedia -- they called back on Whatsapp quickly when I was in urgent care. The hotel is simply gorgeous! Clean, large room, the bathroom has everything you need! The rooms are hot , heating is perfect . The breakfasts are gorgeous, on the roof in the restaurant!
