This is my second time at this Hotel. Clean and comfortable place, professional staff as well.
Mr, Hasan was the attendant who took care of me during my stay, he is very professional, polite l, and really took care of me when needed.
I recommend this place if you're looking for a super good price for a place near the downtown.

Actually, even one star is too much. There's no heating, no hot water, no hygiene. There are no towels or slippers in the rooms. The shower head is broken in the bathroom, and the toilet smells. The other reviewers must have written about a different hotel. We thought maybe the breakfast would be good, but they keep cats inside. The cat tasted the breakfast food before we arrived. The kitchen staff member was complaining that he would throw the cat out, but the breakfast food wasn't replaced. In short, it's not a place to go. Don't be fooled by the reviews.

I've also reviewed other reviews, and finding such a high-quality hotel at this price, especially in a major city like Mersin, is a real plus. The breakfast, hot water, and overall comfort are excellent. It's a place I stay regularly, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone. The value for money is absolutely excellent.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The rooms were spotless. We would also like to thank Mr. Fahri at the reception for his attentiveness and friendly smile. We felt right at home. I recommend it to everyone and we were very pleased.

The rooms are nice, but they have a few shortcomings; if they fix them, it would be perfect. Cleanliness is the top priority. The bathroom, in particular, needs a detailed cleaning. The toilet is broken and yellowed. The bathroom ceiling is yellowed and smells of damp and mold. The floors and surfaces haven't been cleaned thoroughly and need a detailed cleaning. In the mornings, the room smells of deep-frying through the ventilation system. Finally, the air conditioner works well and cools, but it hasn't been maintained. The old filter hasn't been changed in a while, and I think it's causing a smell.
If cleaning and ventilation are maintained, this would be a great hotel. I hope they take notice. What I wrote applies to room 101.

There were no disposable slippers in the hotel. You should be more careful about precision. Good for price. Air conditioner works well.
