A big plus is the beautiful, well-kept hotel beach located directly at the resort, which is also suitable for small children thanks to its gentle entrance into the sea

Pool was slightly colder than we would have liked during our stay but it is October so not the end of the world and once you was in you would get used to it rather quickly, plenty of sunbeds never had to get down early as there was always some free

We have booked again for 2026, we never go the same place twice but this is a must. The other problem we only had was sunbed wars, you need to wake around 6am. Wish the staff would stop this happening

All the staff were really friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. Our favourite staff were the entertainment staff who done the darts. Kids played darts every night and went on the pool tables

The food selection was very large, although some dishes were repeated, there was always something suitable for everyone. The cocktails at the bars were a bit average, but still drinkable

Overall, we really enjoyed our vacation and would recommend this hotel especially to families with children

This is our second time staying at this hotel. Huge, well-kept area. A beautiful wide beach with a very convenient entrance to the sea. Excellent hotel we recommend.

For us, the hotel is in a great location, with a wonderful private beach. The atmosphere is excellent, and the staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The service is worthy of five stars

Kids’ animation basically consists of sitting children in front of cartoons for several hours while the animators scroll on their phones or chat with each other. The children are practically left on their own

The room had one large double bed and two small sofa beds, which was very inconvenient for a family. Bedding, towels, and robes were also only for three people

Kids’ Animation: The animators do run some shows and activities, but they appear completely uninterested — no emotions, no energy, no engagement at all

The room was very small, and the bathroom and furnishings were old and worn. Despite this, cleaning was done daily, and the room was kept tidy

The staff were the worst they would lets us use any of the facilities the pool was ok food was not the best. Its not the best 5 star hotel with no wifi only in the lobby

Room fridge provided - although not great, our drinks were colder than the room was! Bus available to transport hotel guests to the beach and back

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, especially the animation team — it was always fun, and the evening shows were amazing!

We stayed at Asteria Collection Side in mid October. There are a lot of pros and cons with this hotel. Good Friendly staff, available 24 hours, and a good level of communication in English

Although a fresh kick of paint had been applied, this does not cover up the mould in the shower, and terrible drainage system. There was a massive extractor fan outside of our room

We measured this at 72dB all day and night. This is similar to a loud car ride. A transfer service is available within the hotel, however is very expensive

The Hotel area is very beginning and could be a little bit more clean. The beach is very good. The only problem is the cleaning stuff they are not really motivated to do their job.

Besides the shower drainage was partially blocked so the water was not going away soon. Other than this, my family enjoyed the stay in the hotel. It is to be mentioned that we were in the main building

Due to our room type, it meant that we were unable to get a full sea view but I requested via email beforehand to have some sort of view, and we were granted a side sea view where you could also see the pool clearly

Before we arrived, not going to lie we were very concerned after seeing many negative reviews regarding this hotel but we can honestly say we had an excellent time and can't understand what everybody is complaining about! We would say the hotel was predominantly 80% German guests but this did not affect our stay at all

Having been to Turkey several times in hotels like Aska Lara, Sherwood Dreams, Baia Lara and Limak Atlantis meant we were typically used to a high standard, however had not been to the Side area before this

Although towards the back end of the holiday more English guests seemed to be arriving which was nice! Despite this, all of the staff we encountered could speak English and were always so so helpful

Arriving at around 4am after a long journey we were generally tired but we were pleasantly welcomed by reception and the bellboy, who swiftly took our suitcases upstairs

They also offered us a chance to grab some food at the midnight restaurant if you wanted but we were that tired we just went straight up to bed

the outside and inside pools are heated and warm the only one that isnt is the adults only poor above the main pool

The beach is not crowded, there are always sunbeds available, there are no questions about food at all - a wide variety and around the clock, entertainment is also good. In general, the hotel left a pleasant impression

As ive never traveled to Turkey i was about warey as i didnt really know what to expect but overral it was an Amazing hotel, its very clean and an elegant vibe

Checking in your greeted at the reception they hold your luggage for you and take you up to your room in the elevator that is really fast. Rooms are clean, the entertainment is good bowling spa, pools indoor and outside

because weather was a bit cool, we didn’t feel like going to the sea. There is a shuttle service for guests who want to go. I would like to thank the guest relations team for staying in touch and for all their help

Our room was spacious and clean, the pool area has plenty of room and there is lots going on to keep adults and children entertained

Just returned from a 2-week stay at Sunis Kumkoy Beach Resort. The cleanliness and facilities at the hotel are absolutely superb

The food was fantastic, with a different theme every night, there was so much choice we didn't even feel the need to use the a la carte restaurants! The animation team work so hard (without being 'pushy') to bring the guests together and ensure that everyone is having a good time

Rooms are cleaned daily and kept in a great condition. Overall it is an excellent hotel in a beautiful place. We could not recommend this hotel enough. We will definitely come back here!

Just because you are on floor 2 don’t expect pressing 2 on the lift will get you to your floor as there are maybe three blocks, so sometimes you must walk side ways prior to going up or down! Lots of pools to choose from and even when busy, you can usually find a lounger

From being flexible in extending my stay due to unexpected circumstances, to allowing my friend to join me 1/2 way through the stay, everyone made this trip the most joyful it could be

The quality of this hotel in all aspects was 5 star. The setting is truly beautiful. The room was very comfortable and both housekeeping and mini bar service were on the mark

Just got back from 10 nights here, what a fantastic holiday. Straight from the off knew we had picked well, nice rooms and great location, only a little Dolmus ride from right outside the hotel to Side Old Town

everything 10 stars, delicious Turkish food, a huge selection of dishes and extra eastern cuisine, perfect service, clean, azure water in numerous swimming pools, a pebble beach with a sandbank a few steps from the hotel

The hotel has a truly beautiful setting with a lovely beach and a stunning pier that became one of my favorite places to watch the sunset

We stayed in a room with a private pool, the all inclusive program provided every comfort and everything we wanted

If you're looking for a quiet holiday spot with good access to the beach, it's worth considering – but be aware of the service inconsistencies

We came as a couple in our 70's and had a brilliant holiday. The hotel is a mix of nationalities and ages, which we prefer. Everything exceeded our expectations

All this and lovely pools set in beautiful, spacious grounds with plenty of sunbeds. You can go a la carte if you want a change, but we didn't bother. They catered for children and people who prefer plainer food as well

The beach was sand and some gravel with hotel sunbeds (free of charge). The sea was clean and warm, but there were large areas of hidden rocks, which made it a bit awkward to wade out and swim

The only thing i would recommend is an extra toilet somewhere around the bar at the sea. Sometimes you have to walk a little far. In the end a very good hotel to recommend, i think we would come back once more👌

Children are well catered for and the children's club and swimming pool with slides are located on one side of the property. Children were able to use all but one of the pools and they had safe areas to swim

Pools look spotless but we didn’t go in, as we loved the beach, not a stone in sight, sea was warm and clear. The beach restaurant was excellent, loved the bread being made

Walked back along the prom, stopped off for a drink in the Trendy Side then you walk along the beach and pass Trendy Palm. Lovely walking along the beautiful clean beach

The hotel is outdated, it has long been in need of repair, but the room cleaning is excellent, always clean linen and towels. The biggest plus of the hotel is its territory. It's huge, beautiful and with beautiful views

Animator Zayn, taking my phone number referring to informing about events at the hotel, actively offers meetings outside the hotel at the bar in the night. He also urged to spend time together in my room with wine

We stayed here for our honeymoon, and it was an amazing experience! The hotel’s location is perfect – the beach is nearby, and there are buses close to the hotel that take you to different cities like Side and Manavgat in just 15–20 minutes
