We stayed at Katan hotel for 2 nights. The hotel room was really dark, dirty and unkempt - my husband and I always dreaded going back to our room because of how bad the room was.

The beds were uncomfortable and the sheets were too small for the bed. The sheets and quilt cover would come off during the night as we slept, everything was improperly fitted.

I felt as though the room was dark so guests can't see the condition of the room.

In the bathroom, it was very tight. When showering the bathroom floors would get wet and we would wind up having water all over the floor.

Further, when we mentioned to the staff the power point was Not working, the staff just told us to use a another PowerPoint.

The rooms were made even darker with the red light fittings, it gave the room an eerie feel. When we Ask the staff members to input more lighting more bulbs. They just told us to open the curtain of the room which I could not do as I wear a head covering/hijab.

Collectively, the room was old, and dirty. Pretty much ruined our stay in Gaziantep

- Water from shower was running to the lower floor
- Water was dripping on the bed from the ac
- Hygene (walls/floor) wasn't very good,
- One of the shower doors were missing

Very very bad service. And they cheated and take more money from me, than my actual expenses. And same i have shown to reception manager. Then he was argue with me and not givan my money back....
I suggest.. Do not go to this hotel anytime..
Its very very bad experience first time for me in overseas country...

So if your just gonna stay there to sleep and then go its all right but if your gonna be in the city just don't stay here its very old

Not clean and not comfortable but compared to another hotel its price is less expensive we paied 190 tl for 1 night
