Jaleriz Hotel in Gaziantep

Nice room, clean, and spacious. Wifi works well aside from the need to log in (what seemed like) twice per day.

Would've been reviewed 5-stars but the breakfast was underwhelming. Also at numerous times throughout my stay, some breakfast items (like the bread, fruit, even silverware or napkins) weren't even restocked. It was more of a "first come, first served" basis than I would expect from somewhere that touts itself as a 4-star hotel. Breakfast is allegedly from 07:30 - 10:30 but if you make the mistake I did and come down at 10:00, you'll find yourself scavenging for scraps and the staff putting away the serving plates in what seemed like a rush to get on with the day.

Checking in could use some slight improvement as well as no details about breakfast nor the WiFi password were disclosed upon checking in.

Also, there was a day where hot water for showering was unavailable from noon until the evening (approx 7h). This is hopefully a one time deal but it was frustrating to have to hear "it should be fixed within 2 hours" three separate times

Overall, the hotel is nice. Good location as it's close to Atatürk Blvd and numerous restaurants, just lacking in the aforementioned areas.

Stayed here July 2021. It was lovely. The rooms are huge, the bathroom clean and super convenient. Breakfast is spectacular. Very nice place to explore antep

I have been here for a week, such a good place, good service and good staff.

It's very calm place also it's in a central area so you can go every where easily.
The room serves is very good and they do care about hijinks and cleaning.
