It is useful to read. Hello, I am writing this for advice to the friends who will come next. The air conditioning does not work in the rooms, even if I go to the one that works, the air conditioning does not cool itself. The sockets do not work, I moved to another room and the refrigerator does not work there either. The bed is uncomfortable because it is used a lot. You can even hear what everyone upstairs and downstairs is talking about. It is a place where there is no courtesy. I hope they will fix what I said in order to provide service.

Very dirty rooms, blood on sheets (i took pictures), and drunk noisy guests. Before we check-in, the hotel showed that we checked in and charged the payment from *******. There was a reason we asked for no payment in advance, payment to be done on arrival, we needed 3 different invoices but they charged all from one company card, so, so annoying, here the major responsible is ******* than Pamuk City Hotel.

AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS. THEY ARE THIEVES! Bad quality hotel and room was small, shower was broken, beds all squeaked. They had robbed us by double deducting us - online and by cash. I was told to pay at the hotel. yet the hotel took money both at desk and online. utterly disappointed, shame on yourselves. no good at all.

The worst hotel in the world I can say ,very very dirty the bathroom and the bedroom is so so smelly and dirty, besides they are taking money from your account even though you have to pay at the reception be very careful do not Go to this hotel don't waste your money and time. it is very very far from the pictures they showed in the website.

The pamuk city hotel is very dirty all places were disgusting.. Even i couldn't wash my children there..the toilet is broken and the hand wash is used before.. The floor was hair on it. I never visit it again..

it was very bad experince we visited the place to take lunch
after 15 min they put the menu and went away , we told them we want to take lunch in the un coverd area they told us the area is not ready it was 5: 15 pm !!!!! when i asked what time it ll be ready they said maybe one or two hours !!!!!!!

Wonderfull place to dine. Tales of the past all over you. Quiet with Turkish cousine variety.
Try the grill meat plate collection...and some mazzah.
Simply perfect for friends, don't bring kids around, as there is only a small play ground for them. You will end up feeling upset about how bad they feel, eventually forget the above...

Beautiful historic location combined with attentive service and excellent food. You will need to leave some space in your stomach for the pistachio mocha and for the katmer. It is to die for...
