It was a wonderful hotel with friendly staff and clean pools. Great place to visit as a family. If you have a car you can go in to the city centre of Gaziantep in 25 minutes which makes it ideal location, by not being in the busy centre and not being very far from it as well. Will definitely come again if I come to Gaziantep.

I'll keep it short, 6/7 out of 10. Two nights on a half-board basis is a reasonable stay; anything more would be too much. There's no pool for conservative women. There's only an indoor thermal pool for men, women, and families. There are many shortcomings, but the positives are good, however, there's no need for too much detail. If I come again, I won't stay more than two nights. In terms of location...

It's conveniently located near the city for a day trip, the pool is decent, cleanliness is average, and the food is above average; it's a good option.

It was incredibly beautiful...the food was fantastic...the aqua park was clean...the atmosphere was pleasant...the thermal baths were equally clean and peaceful...I can say I loved it. I'll post a video if I can...there's never a queue in the restaurant...the staff are friendly...for example, everything we ordered arrived in our room very quickly...I will definitely come again.

The location was great and the service was excellent.

I was very impressed by the fact that there was drinking water in the central area and that boiling water and tea were constantly available. You can come here tired and enjoy a hot coffee or tea.

Hotel staff were helpful. We were not satisfied with the cleanliness from our perspective. Unfortunately, it's worth mentioning that vehicles cannot enter the street where the hotel is located.

Comfortable, friendly and great service Really enjoyed the hotel and found the room to be very clean as well as a traditional Turkish atmosphere. Breakfast was good and Cennet was so helpful and kind. The hotel had a wonderful outdoor patio as well as all you can drink water bottles and hot tea. Parking was available and the hotel was a great location to the castle as well as other sites.

This hotel was simply perfect, location is great, very close to most things in Antep. Service was beyond great, breakfast spread was very good, tea access all day, open shaded area to relax when needed. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Antep for sure.

The hotel located at the downtown so everywhere walking distance. The staff amazing and helpful, our room was big enough and warm to enjoy our stay. The breakfast was not the best but all in all it deserved our stay.

Good Hotel. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are comfortable. The staff are very helpful. My only suggestions would be to improve on the breakfasts served every morning. No change each day. Also the programming offered on Television are not catering to English speaking visitors at all. Other than that I highly recommend the hotel, the location is ideal.

On 6 February, TWO MASSIVE QUAKES hit southern Turkiye and NW Syria at 4:17 AM and then 1:24 PM, in addition to several tremors and hundreds of aftershocks. This place seriously require a renovation . The furniture and almost everything is old. The room needed to be aired and we did not have water to drink. It was brought after I asked for it thrice. There is only one elevator and it is slower than average. The elevator's door also responds slow. Makes you trip while trying to exit.

I stayed here for 1 week. It is a family owned and operated hotel. It is near downtown Gaziantep and most tourist attractions can be accessed by walking. It is a great price for the location. I also met owners and they are nice, helpful people. They try to make sure hotel is a convenient place for families. If I visit Gaziantep again, I will stay here again. Price was reasonable at 250 for a room with three beds including fancy breakfast. The room was quite spacious like a studio. The cleanliness was superb and room service is exceptional. The location is where you actually want it to be downtown near the castle. I really recommend this hotel.

Konak is located right in the center, within walking distance to many places. It is an advantage that it has its own parking lot despite the narrow streets. Our room was also satisfactory in terms of cleanliness. We had breakfast in another mansion two blocks away. It was a nice experience to stay in a historical mansion. If I were to go to Antep again, I would definitely choose Beliz Hanım Konak....

You can't drive to the front door so we had a hard time getting there with our suitcases from the parking lot. A friend came but the wheels of the suitcases were about to break. The parking lot is open until 00 so we had to return early from our trips The door lock was broken, it wasn't fixed despite me telling them twice. The hotel is on a quiet street, its location is in the center, but vehicles are not allowed on the street. Be aware. Stayed in double bed room 401 mid-week for a night. New furniture, comfortable bed, very good shower. At a low price. Breakfast buffet was good.

Overall the staff was nice but pity their English was very limited. We had to use google translate. There was also a misunderstanding about the payment due to language barriers. There is a club opposite the hotel where they play very loud thumping live music. They stop at midnight.

Good location - a few minutes walk from the city centre. Service was ok - sometimes there isn't anyone at the desk and you have to wait ~10 minutes for them. It's cheaper in person than online - costs 650tl for a 2-person room. The room was clean, as well as the bathroom. However, the window latch was broken and kept opening. The hotel is in a non-descript area. Very limited dining options within 15-20 minutes walking distance. The worst thing was that 4 out of 5 floors of the hotel are designated as smoking, and the rooms smell pretty badly (we had 2 rooms and they smelled just the same).

The reception is acting like robot, due to the unique location among the historical places there are a lot of groups visiting this place, i have few negative comments about it, 1, there is a lot of noise around. 2. The hotel is historical, and it's located in the heart of Gaziantep, where you can easily walk around the old markets and the copper pazar , many good restaurants and cafés around . The rooms are big but old, especially the Tv. I never felt comfortable at this hotel ,the pillows and the bed are not good. The breakfast was the biggest disappointment compared to the famous city of Gaziantep.

Not my first stay at Jaleriz, it is very well located and at the same time, not noisy for a big city. My room was at the 4th floor, with a jacuzzi in the bathroom. Good wi-fi, great breakfast, big bed. Last but not least, all the staff members are professional, friendly and polite.

I have been here for a week, such a good place, good service and good staff.

Nice room, clean, and spacious. Wifi works well aside from the need to log in (what seemed like) twice per day. Would've been reviewed 5-stars but the breakfast was underwhelming. Also at numerous times throughout my stay, some breakfast items (like the bread, fruit, even silverware or napkins) weren't even restocked. It was more of a "first come, first served" basis than I would expect from somewhere...

It's very calm place also it's in a central area so you can go every where easily. The room serves is very good and they do care about hijinks and cleaning.

Since the hotel is new, everything looks clean and neat, in this context, the cleanliness concern for hotels is not found in this place. Recommended It was a nice stay

Not very hospitable, staff not up to par The room is nice, but the service is terrible. I was even thrown out because the receptionist didn't know I was a guest. They don't speak English. To let a friend from Antep who is helping me with my Turkish language studies come up to my room for a couple of hours, I had to pay an extra 350 tl. Absurd!!! Worse than staying in Iran. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!
