Free breakfast at 7:30 (very healthy food) and free tea 24 hours a day. The people were quite friendly and helpful which was nice since I speak zero Turkish. Nice place to stay, I recommend them!

Super central hotel, you can easily reach everything you need (supermarket, pharmacy, clothing stores, shopping center and restaurants) you can reach everything comfortably on foot.What struck me most is the aesthetics of this hotel, which is very characteristic. This was a great place to stay. The staff were super kind and accommodating with our group. They gave us a nice meal each morning and were helpful in arranging transportation and getting around. Great service.

The blanket and towels were not cleaned

The hotel is well located in a calm road. There is no private parking. I stayed for 2 nights and in the website came as free private parking. By the end I had to pay for the parking. So they lied. The hotel is cleaned, breakfast is nice, lite and healthy. I needed 2 extra towels and they provided. Apart from the car parking, my stay there was 5 stars. I would recommend this hotel.

Amazing experience The hotel is full of charm and history. The manager Mustafa was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable especially regarding Urfa's history. The staff were friendly and attentive. The food was absolutely amazing. We happily ate there every evening.

We have only had dinner at their restaurant. It is a beautiful building. The food was excellent and the service was very good. If you are looking for a quite evening where you can have some regional food. They also serve alcohol if you prefer.

The two main staff members were friendly & helpful. However in the six days of our stay nobody came to clean our room, change towels, empty bins etc. I had to request clean towels and I emptied the bins myself leaving the refuse bag in the courtyard outside our door which i had to prompt staff to take away. A very beautiful and historical looking building in a location that is exactly opposite to the main attraction of Sanliurfa - the Abraham's pool. We went as a family and the room we were given was very nice. The mansion was nice. The room was clean and the bathroom was new. The breakfast was good compared to hotel breakfasts. If I come to Urfa again, this is definitely where I will stay. They also have indoor parking lots and it is a 2-minute walk to Balıklıgöl.

The Palmyra is a wonderful hotel - the bedrooms surround a courtyard and our room was beautiful with a cathedral ceiling and modern bathroom. From the moment we parked our car in the oto park till we checked out 4 days later we throughly enjoyed our stay. We could not find a guide and the hotel receptionist stepped in and made it happen. The room was beautiful, quiet and very comfortable. An excellent place to stay.

The hotel is located in a prime area of town, yet remains pleasantly quiet, with the exception of the nearby mosque call to prayer — a normal and authentic part of life in Turkey. The traditional stone building kept the room wonderfully cool at night, allowing for a comfortable sleep without air conditioning, even after a scorching 42°C day. The deluxe rooms are nice and the hotel is in a great location. I'm sure it's not normally like this but it was noisy at night due to someone checking in late at night, they knocked on the door but no one from the staff opened it, which disturbed the entire hotel. But other than that was an amazing place to stay and the staff were very helpful.
