The staff told us there was parking available, which wasn't the case, so we had to pay extra for a parking garage. The bathroom sink was broken and hanging precariously. The staff was very unfriendly. The location was good. I would recommend the Abraham Hotel if you're looking for accommodation in Urfa, as the staff is nicer, it has its own parking, and it's much cleaner, more pleasant, and better in every way.

The hotel is located in a prime area of town, yet remains pleasantly quiet, with the exception of the nearby mosque call to prayer — a normal and authentic part of life in Turkey. The traditional stone building kept the room wonderfully cool at night, allowing for a comfortable sleep without air conditioning, even after a scorching 42°C day. The staff were warm, friendly, and always ready to help.

This hotel is located in the heart of old town and surrounded with all historical places. Balikli göl and bazaar is 4-5 min walk away. You can feel the soul of this mysterical city thanks to its autentic ambiance. Breakfast is satisfactory but nothing fancy. Rooms are clean enough. There is small open-air garden within the hotel you can enjoy traditional “menengic” coffee there

Narli Ev Butikotel is an excellent hotel. I cannot recommend it enough. It is ideally situated near the incredibly historic areas of Sanliurfa, such as the ancient Fish Pools, Abraham's Cave, and the area where the Turin Shroud, known as the Cloth of Edessa was held for about 900 years. The hotel is very atmospheric, and the breakfast is copious and delicious. But most of all I want to thank Mehmet the Valet, & Defne the Receptionist who helped me under difficult circumstances. I had an accident enroute to Sanliurfa, and their help and assistance for me while at the hotel was extraordinary. They are incredibly kind people, and deserve my ultimate thanks. A wonderful place. Very nice and cozy hotel in the old town of Urfa, close to the fish lake, mosque, bazaar and caves. Authentic Turkish breakfast and lovely rooms!

Narlı Ev Butik is in an ideal location, you are central to all historical museums, mosques, cafes, restaurants and entertainment. The very first moment we walked into the hotel, we were greeted by Vedat Bey, the owner/ manager of the hotel, such a friendly and helpful gentleman, not to mention full of knowledge, he assisted us from beginning to end, any enquiries, he definitely went out of his way to help, treats everyone like family, all the staff, Mehmet bey, Defne hanım and Samet bey are all very helpful and went out of their way to assist. The hotel rooms are all beautiful and clean, we highly recommend this hotel to all our family and friends, we would definitely return to Narlı Ev Butik hotel again.

The place is near bazaar and it is noisy, the bathroom was full of dampness on the shower wall and had no ventilation, the room was very small, the walls were dirty. Do not book this hotel, is terrible. The only thing good was the interior terrace, but still...
