Good location, near to the mall and several stores, the room and the bathroom was clean, but the toiletries were missing in the bathroom.

I loved the stay at this hotel will recommend it to my friends also.

This hotel is right at city center, very convenient, south facing room with great mountain view, service and cleanliness is both very good, I need to check out early to catch sun rise on Jabel Jais, Hotel staff offered me take away breakfast, very thoughtful, Thanks!

Excellent city hotel with well-designed, modern rooms. It's clean and the staff are friendly (English-speaking). There's a large Manar Mall, supermarkets, and cafes for every taste nearby. The hotel offers a shuttle to the beaches, but we didn't use it, opting for taxis instead. For the price, it's a perfect choice.

Was good washroom was clean and bed was comfortable but the room smelled like cigarettes

This day was nice very close to the market and it has quiet room with great view. Also, the location for the restaurants are very close. 

My stay at this hotel was absolutely unforgettable! From the elegant lobby to the spacious rooms, everything was perfect. The staff were incredibly professional and always ready to assist with a smile. The room was modern, clean, and offered a beautiful city view.

The food was outstanding — every meal was well-prepared, and the breakfast buffet had so many fresh options. Specially Serviced by Miss Pushpa The pool area was calm and relaxing,. The hotel’s location was also ideal, close to shopping centers and attractions.

I was very impressed with the housekeeping team during my stay. The room was always spotless, fresh, and well-organized. Towels and toiletries were replaced daily, and even small details were taken care of perfectly. The staff was polite, professional, and always greeted me with a smile.
