It was a very good experience

Overall, the hotel is good. But there are some oddities.
1. Water. They pour it into glass bottles, take the empty ones, and bring full ones. On the first day, one empty bottle went missing. The second one wasn't filled. On the second day, they didn't take the empty one, didn't fill it, and didn't return the first one. :) We didn't see any water for two days. It seems like a small thing, but it was extremely odd. We had to ask for water at reception.
2 elevators. There are three of them. They always fly past your floor. You can wait 15 minutes.
3. Breakfasts are varied. But some are not very tasty.
4. The water in the pool is so cold that you don't really want to go in.
5. Small hand towels were only provided upon check-in. Then they were removed and never brought back. ;)
6. Maybe it was my imagination (but it wasn't), but the bed linen wasn't changed in 6 nights. And another funny little detail – the pillowcases are different, like grandma's at her dacha :)))
Everything else is fine. The view from the window is simply gorgeous. The bed is comfortable and good. The toiletries are cheap, but overall, it's okay.

Wonderful Birthday Stay!
I spent my birthday at this hotel and had such a great experience. The room was spacious and included a bathtub, which made the stay even more relaxing. I also enjoyed the beautiful sea view overlooking the swimming pool — it was absolutely stunning.
To make my birthday even more special, the hotel surprised me with a complimentary cake and sweets, which I truly appreciated. The staff were all very kind and accommodating, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay.
I really loved it here and will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

Very good hotell and nice staff! We choose the room with ain Dubai and sea view, that was amazing and well worth the money 👍 we got front row view over the marina/jbr, probably hard to get better view in any other hotell.
The cleaner Zeeshan at floor 19 was super good and helpful, always clean our room great and with a smile.
Only things we did not like that much was the traffic some night, but it's was okay and we sleep well anyways, not so much to do about it when you live so "central". The fridge also needs to be cooler. The beeds are little hard. And you should make sure the guest not take the sun chair with towels in the morning and then walk away for many hours, if they walk away for more than 40 min you should take away the towels for new people to relax.
We probably come back again! 😊

Our stay at Amwaj Rotana – Jumeirah Beach was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and family-friendly. The view from our hotel room was breathtaking — we could see the iconic Ain Dubai wheel right from the window, and the lights at night were simply magical.
All the restaurants offered top-notch service and delicious food, making every meal a pleasure. The hotel’s location is perfect, right on JBR with easy access to shops, cafes, and the beach — ideal for families with kids.
The only minor downsides were the long wait for lifts during peak hours and the beach being quite crowded on weekends. But these were easily outweighed by the overall experience.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a vibrant, comfortable, and memorable stay in Dubai!

I stayed here for 9 nights in September and I couldn’t have chosen better ! From the first night they treated me and my friends like royalty. I had things sent to my room I was regularly called by guest services to check if we are happy. I was booked into restaurants and dinners so easily. Mubarak has a special place in my heart he greeted us on the first night and waited for us for every booking to escort us through. Our house keeping assistant Mohir (I believe) was very attentive and consistent. So many little extras in the room especially the bathroom toiletries you really don’t need to bring much! The location is excellent ! Not on the palm but just outside so not too much traffic. Right opposite the beach and a great club called Bla Bla. There are shops in the surrounding area you’re able to buy alcohol from Eataly and lost of little restaurants to choose from.
The pool gets very busy but the life guards (especially the greatest of them all Mohammed) do their best to find you beds ! They always become available after 1pm anyway. There are a couple of gift shops in the hotel that have everything you need in case you’ve forgotten something. The view !!! Stunning. We were on the 16th floor room 1616 and I think this may have been the best room and part about the stay ! The sofa bed was set up when we arrived the king size bed was huge and comfortable. The curtains are full black out curtains. We arrived after service hours and they sent room service to give us food free of charge as we were on the all inclusive.
I can’t express my gratitude enough for manning my birthday stay such an amazing experience. I will definitely be visiting and staying here again.

I recently stayed at the Amwaj Rotana hotel and had an outstanding experience. The staff was friendly and attentive, and I felt welcome from the moment I arrived and was assisted by security officer Daniel. He is very professional and polite. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, making it an ideal place to unwind after a long day of exploring. The amenities were exceptional, particularly the pool area, which provided breathtaking views of the beach. I also appreciated the variety of dining options available, which included delicious meals tailored to different tastes. Overall, I had a fantastic stay at Amwaj Rotana and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious getaway. I can't wait to return in the future and make more wonderful memories at this incredible hotel.

Good value for money. I really liked the location of the hotel. We were quickly checked in, earlier than expected. This made us very happy, because the children were tired after a long journey. We were given a great room on the 10th floor with a beautiful view. Many thanks to Debbie for the wonderful check-in and attention to the guests.
Meals:
We took two meals a day - breakfast and dinner. And we bought breakfast on the first day, because check-in is after lunch and the first breakfast begins the next day. We liked the food, the choice is good. We got there on a holiday, there was a festive pilaf with lamb for 3 days and the serving areas are beautifully decorated.
The main restaurant is simply wonderful in both selection and service.
We spent one evening in the Rosso restaurant. Everything was fine until we were persistently asked to leave a review on Google about the restaurant and the waiter. After that, we waited for our dessert for half an hour. Good service ended after the review. We did not like it.
Room:
We were given a great room with a large balcony and a view of the Ferris wheel. The view from the window deserves special praise, it is very beautiful both day and night. The room is clean and spacious, they cleaned well. They laid out a sofa for the children and made the bed linen.
I celebrated my birthday at the hotel. The hotel made pleasant surprises all day. They decorated the room, brought a cake and a gift with a card. Thank you very much!
Beach: public, access to it is through the pool. Very convenient, no need to walk along the street and cross the road. We saw this entrance on the second day. Beach towels are given out on the 3rd floor in the fitness club. And for the pool - on the 2nd floor. This is not very convenient, because it is difficult to wait for the elevator. And getting to the 3rd floor, and then to the 2nd or 1st takes a lot of time. It would be better if they gave out towels for the beach at the pool. Especially since the towels look the same and you can return them anywhere.
Pool: good pool, the water in the summer is like cooling. After the hot sea water, it is very pleasant to cool off by the pool. There is an awning over the children's pool to protect from the sun.
The elevator: a special topic. Since the building is multi-story and has two wings, three elevators are not enough and you have to wait a long time. You can walk down the stairs, but with a stroller it is impossible. As well as getting into the elevator, it is always full.
Overall: we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We would like to go back there again.

Wonderful hotel! We were accommodated on a high floor upon request. The bed was comfortable, they even laid out a sofa for the child. The breakfast was great, not expensive, we bought a meal package on site.
