A clean and safe airport hotel. The pool was nice and well maintained. They have access to a somewhat private beach (Cyan Beach) that they share with nearby residences and hotels

The outdoor pool is heated, and the water quality is good. Environment: Great, and the location is excellent. It's about a 10-minute drive to the amusement park. Service: Prompt and efficient

There were some issues with preparing our room, but they were resolved quickly. The food was amazing, and the location was very convenient — the beach and the airport were both nearby.

The swimming pool area was a clean and refreshing place to relax with a good view of the backwaters and a private golf course There is a private beach which is a five minute walk and a must visit for Sunset photos

The scenery is as pictured. Even the original camera can't capture the hotel's quality. It's just so beautiful! It's a perfect hotel for a vacation. The pool is huge, the beach is beautiful, and the rooms are spacious!

However, after one day, I felt it was well worth the trip. On a good day, the sea view and beach alone were worth the price

To be honest, I was a little disappointed when I first arrived. The road in front and the hotel next door were under construction, which somewhat affected the view, and the rooms were also a bit plain

Simsim's breakfast was quite substantial, the dinner buffet was a bit average, Turtle Bay was delicious—the appetizers, main courses, and desserts were all excellent

The Italian restaurant and bistro offered light meals and also deserve praise. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance to visit Satyath Island again

Arrived early morning and the staff suggested to take a shower at the gym / swimming pool and I can have a rest either on the sun deck or at the relaxation room. The best nap I had ever .

This hotel is the tallest building around, so if you get a high-floor room, the view should be great. However, it seems that the glass exterior walls aren't particularly clean, possibly due to dust

The quality of materials and finishing throughout the resort is evident, and it is clear that significant investment has gone into creating a luxurious physical environment

That said, while the resort is expansive, the overall range of facilities and experiential elements did not feel as extensive or surprising as I had initially imagined

On a very positive note, the restaurant service team stood out in a wonderful way. Their warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism genuinely enhanced the stay

As someone who has lived abroad for over a decade, I understand the importance of cultural sensitivity, but what transpired felt more like an intentional disregard for our presence

The hotel also has its own hydroponic vegetable room. Breakfast was rich and varied, the beach was incredibly white, and the ocean water was stunning. It was a wonderful experience, and I hope to visit again

We stayed in a two-bedroom suite as a family of four, and the space was very generous, which we loved. However, the interior decor and facilities don't quite match the impressive exterior

Other than that, everything else was good, especially the 74th-floor observation deck, which is definitely worth visiting (it's free for guests, but external visitors have to pay)

The room wasn't very big, and the carpet felt a bit dirty. The view wasn't clear either, due to dust and sand on the outside of the building

I asked for a high floor if possible. On arrival we were upgraded to a huge two bedroom, two full bathroom apartment on the 10th floor of the 62(?) floor east residences bldg. Check in was reasonably quick

The rules of no under 16s at the bar are not enforced. Maybe considering and adults only pool rather than a kids water park area which is unused would be better for your customers

I’m sure more would return if this happened. All in all it’s a beautiful well maintained hotel with fantastic food and amazing staff
