The housekeeping team were genuinely outstanding throughout my stay — professional, attentive, and consistently maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said about the management.

When I first arrived, I did not have an early check‑in, which was perfectly fine. However, as I waited, I witnessed the manager engaged in a heated dispute with another guest. At the time, I dismissed it as an isolated incident that had nothing to do with me.

Towards the end of my stay, I experienced a similar issue firsthand. I needed to extend my booking due to the ongoing regional conflict, which left me stranded in Dubai through no fault of my own. I explained the situation clearly and respectfully, but the manager showed no empathy, no understanding, and no awareness of the rules and regulations that had been implemented for stranded travellers.

Because of his lack of knowledge, I contacted the Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) for clarification. They asked me to hand the phone to the manager — and in front of me, he blatantly lied about the situation. His behaviour was unprofessional, dismissive, and frankly dishonest. After witnessing his earlier dispute with the other guest, his conduct during my own situation suddenly made complete sense.

The cleaning staff deserve praise. Management, however, requires serious improvement in professionalism, transparency, and basic customer service.
