The hotel stay was okay pocket friendly, in a good location accessible to most places i needed to visit.

very good location, central for Dubai and everything was within a 25min drive. Villa was really spacious (every bedroom has its own full bathroom, which was essential with three teenage girls!). We were so busy we only used the pool and restaurant services once but both were great, staff very helpful every time we needed something, so would use more often if we stayed again.

We enjoyed very much staying in villa 21, the villa is huge and it is very well organized with good furniture, we were 3 families and it accommodate all of us, the swimming pool is nice however it is not temprature controlled as it was very hot all the time. This is the hotel with slowest lifts ever. During peak-hours the journey from 13th floor to ground floor took 10-20 minutes!! The number and speed of the lifts absolutely don't match the number of hotel residents/passengers. Other wise the hotel is decent but the problem with the lifts outweighs everything else.

Excellent, simple yet comfortable hotel not far from the airport. They had no problem letting us check in early and even moved our breakfast to the day of arrival since we had a late-night departure, all without any fuss.

It stated the twin bedroom is 55 square meters, but it is very small, with a maximum of 30 square meters. It is difficult to move from one side of the bed to the other side, as one of the beds is already against the two opposite walls. The service from the reception is also poor, and the hotel rate is expensive, but it is very uncomfortable to stay there.

A great option for Dubai. This isn't our first stay. Last time, we received a complimentary upgrade to a three-room suite with four bathrooms. The metro is nearby. There's a decent pool. The ground-floor cafe caters to every taste.

I stayed in the duplex room, the room is spacious and equipped with big kitchen! We can see Burj Al Arab from the window as well. I stayed this hotel for 3 nights with my family, the service here is excellent. I rent a car for this trip and they offered valet parking service. The hotel is closed to the monorail station but I haven't take the rail transportation this time, its overall in a good location with easy access to many tourists points in Dubai. Was very disappointed with the state of the room for such a good brand hotel. I didn’t bother reading any reviews. I just booked it because it was a known brand. unfortunately on arrival the room was in a state. It was very dusty and dirty very dated and just not nice at all. Very nice hotel , room is good and comfortable, The room was not too big but good and organized in a proper way , free parking is available , location near mall of the Emirates and Gradinose market you almost cross the road to reach the mall.
