I would’ve ideally rated this hotel 4/5. Room is spacious and staff are very friendly but parking is horrendous, it’s a nightmare really. There are possibly 20 parking spots in total in basement and around 10 outdoors (uncovered). 50% of both are reserved. Great hotel, I stayed here because it was easy access to the airport but also the rest of Dubai city. Sam in reception was absolutely fantastic and helped me with an error I made on my booking. The room was large, clean, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. The parking area was clean and well-maintained. A nearby Wemart store was convenient. The only thing I didn't like was the dark room due to tinted windows. I would have preferred a more light-filled room. Also, my view of the parking lot was not very appealing.

I have stayed here several times. It has been renovated and the rooms have been upgraded. It is cost-effective and the service is good.

I stayed there for a week and had no problems. It was especially helpful that there were guides in Japanese and Japanese staff! I caught a cold on the way there, but they told me about a local pharmacy nearby, which was very helpful. It's also easy to get to, with the nearest station just a 10-minute walk away, so it's easy to get to if you're going to the Gold Souk or crossing the river.
