This is the hotel with slowest lifts ever. During peak-hours the journey from 13th floor to ground floor took 10-20 minutes!! The number and speed of the lifts absolutely don't match the number of hotel residents/passengers. Other wise the hotel is decent but the problem with the lifts outweighs everything else.

It was okay, the room was quite spacious. The main thing is the great location, with the subway right downstairs.

Excellent, simple yet comfortable hotel not far from the airport. They had no problem letting us check in early and even moved our breakfast to the day of arrival since we had a late-night departure, all without any fuss.

It stated the twin bedroom is 55 square meters, but it is very small, with a maximum of 30 square meters. It is difficult to move from one side of the bed to the other side, as one of the beds is already against the two opposite walls. The service from the reception is also poor, and the hotel rate is expensive, but it is very uncomfortable to stay there.

A great option for Dubai. This isn't our first stay. Last time, we received a complimentary upgrade to a three-room suite with four bathrooms. The metro is nearby. There's a decent pool. The ground-floor cafe caters to every taste.

I stayed in the duplex room, the room is spacious and equipped with big kitchen! We can see Burj Al Arab from the window as well. But the furnishings is a bit simple, the bathroom was big but without bathtub which is quite disappointing. We tried the breakfast as well and it was nice with lots of choice.

I stayed this hotel for 3 nights with my family, the service here is excellent. I rent a car for this trip and they offered valet parking service. The hotel is closed to the monorail station but I haven't take the rail transportation this time, its overall in a good location with easy access to many tourists points in Dubai. Location is best for people who like to walk around in city area, many shops, restaurants within few mins but jam during peak hours if hire taxi/uber. Check in a bit slow and get the room late around 4pm however staffs are helpful. Overall good if you like to stay in city area within short distance.
