Location is great, however room service is poor, taking a lot of time to get what you need. Gym is not only for residence, which makes it very crowded. Breakfast is good.

Great place for families with kids. Have a big sized pool area for kids with a lazy river and a few slides. Their private beach has a pool with a mini obstacle course and a small volleyball net. Booked during gulfood week. Hotel was crowded and room is dated. The location is very near metro about 2min walk and it's easier to go around by metro to avoid jam. There are many food and quick shopping and 2 supermarket options nearby.

Generally it was a nice accommodation. The only thing is that; my room were faced to high way. Although I was in 10th floor room was quite noisy that was coming from cars from the high way. The rest was fine.

Room was not clean well. Had remains of ginger nails on the bathroom floor from previous guest probebly. Other then thst no hot water and emergency light was on all night. Only after I mention these to the reception it was fixed. Stored the lasagne and the the hotel did not deliver them to the room.

sure its close to the financial district (far from other places) but the fact that the wifi doesnt work and the it doesnt work on weekends is a pain. also, the wait for the elevator is just too long (5min+)

The Cruise is huge. If you have not traveled in Cruise anytime then this would be an opportunity to experience it. Its not moving but still you can see everything inside Cruise. Below average hotel for being a 4 star hotel it is not worth it. I had to move my guests from this hotel and rebooked a different hotel on the same day for double the price. Such a waste of money. The hotel did not even refund the remaining days of my stay despite repeated requests. Do not waste your money here just because it is a cheaper option. Trust me.

Great team, excellent hotel, very clean. I stayed there for 17 days, and we loved it. It's only a few seconds away from the metro station. Overall, the hotel is great. Stuff is so nice, welcoming staff Lovepreet from receptionist They have a good breakfast with a variety of options. Even though the swimming pool also nice big one, it's very clean and they have a bar. We absolutely loved our room, which had everything that was needed.
