The only thing worth mentioning is on our last day, while having breakfast at the Saffron restaurant, right as we walked in, under the first counter on the right where the plates are kept, I personally saw a cockroach crawling around, even on several plates that were about to be used

For breakfast, I highly recommend the G-level area, which is much more suited for Chinese palates, as the club breakfast is English style and the afternoon tea selection is also limited (definitely not recommended)

A big drawback is how huge the hotel is! Both the club and the water park are in the East Tower, but our room was in the West Tower, and it was quite a trek! Especially if you want to go back to your room to shower after playing in the water park, you have to walk through a long, very cold corridor

This time, I felt like the money I spent was worth it for the service I received, and I didn't regret my choice. To be honest, the breakfast selection was pretty average, but the taste was decent

Amazing stay at Atlantis The Palm! The room was beautiful, the staff were friendly, and everything felt luxurious. The waterpark was so much fun. Definitely a memorable experience in Dubai!

Our kids enjoyed aqua park so much that we spent all our free time floating in “lazy river”. Breakfast is so good and there were lots of various cousins to select from

There's a ping-pong table, but the paddles and balls are just okay, and the balls often fall into the bushes. They also have a foosball table, which is really cool and good! 👍👍👍👍

An absolutely amazing experience! We got upgraded to a suite facing Palm Jumeirah for Chinese New Year, which was fantastic! The famous 'influencer pool' totally lived up to its hype, and all the recreational facilities were superb

A standard resort hotel with new facilities. We booked a Club Room with a palm view, and all three meals could be enjoyed in the lounge. Guests also have access to the amenities at the old Atlantis.

I and my family had dinner in Feast restaurant where it was good experience starting from the restaurant receptionist I think name Bernadette to all workers who was very friendly and caring specially am handicap

The buffet breakfast is good. Included middle eastern cruisine. The bath towel was a little dirty. Hair from previous use is left on the towel.

You sometimes have to move about a bit when at the pool, to chase the sun that goes behind the other hotels through the day, but that can’t really be helped

The location is convenient, quite close to Aura Skypool and the mall. It seems like the hotel attracts a lot of business travelers. The hotel has its own beach, but unfortunately, I didn't have time to experience it.

I booked a double bed, but got a king-sized one. It was fine though, as the staff proactively helped me set up the sofa bed. If your English isn't great, communication might be a bit challenging

Due to my own reasons, I arrived at the hotel in the early morning, prepared to check in in the afternoon or pay extra for early check-in

However, the front desk was excellent; they helped me with my luggage, gave me 3 complimentary breakfasts, and very kindly let us eat first, then quickly prepared my room! The room was ready and I could check in by around 9 AM

The service was good just that the apartment units are at a different block so there is a short walk over. But it wasn't bad at all, since the buildings are a linked

The breakfast selection is also very diverse! The only downside is that the location is a bit out of the way, but if you have a rental car or your own vehicle, it's quite convenient! The staff are also very responsible

Although it's not on Palm Jumeirah but on another island, this hotel is truly outstanding. For a family stay, the value for money is far superior to hotels on Palm Jumeirah or in the city center
