The Apartments Dubai World Trade Centre in Dubai

The place is simple and outdated yet I had a comfortable stay. They were kind to give me early check in at 12:45 and staff was very nice to bring up my coffee delivery. It’s 1 minute walk to the WTC exhibition halls.

Note to everyone: the place is in Block A! It wasn’t clear on the confirmation and taxi dropped me off at Block B and told me to go ask. The lady at block B greeted and told me to walk back to Block A. It’s only 50m away but it would be handy to know that actual location (I called via Trip’s free call but no pick up).

There was a hairdryer in my bathroom.

Location:
2 min walk from World Trade Center metro station (red line) 
5-8 min walk from the Museum of Future.
45min - 60 min walk to Burj
Supermarkets and restaurants all on the same street. Its a good location

Clean:
The room is not dirty. Housekeeping does a good job. But the furniture is not modern and feel dated. It's not a big deal to be honest, especially considering the room itself. 

Room
HUGE. It's an actual apartment. You have a bedroom,a  separate bathroom,a  living room with 2 armchairs and a sofa, dining table with 6 chairs, large kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, hob and all the cultery and cookware needed. You have a washing machine, clothes drying rack....it really has everything you need. The TV is small for the room but its minor issue. 

Breakfast
Decent variety, I would say the breakfast rooms needs to have carpet or something soft on the walls and the sound echos in the room. But good choice of cooked food and the staff are great, asking if we would like any eggs and so on. 

Gym & Pool
We were in building A, and in building C (just a few meters on the same road) there is a gym and pool, but we didn't get time to look at it. However, other guests did say it was good. 

Overall:
The location is great, Dubai only has two main metro lines (red & green) and being on the red line is best so the metro station being so close is great. 
The apartment itself is large, and even if the furniture is not modern, it is clean.
Great value also, especially as you do get a whole apartment compared to just a room. 

Very welcoming customer service:) A bit pricy due to New Year's Day but in a good location close to the metro station World Trade Center. Surrounding area has various food options. Efficient in rectifying blinking light in room from WIFI box. The air conditioning in the room was slightly noisy. But all in all good stay🥰

The room was a bit old and only had a very small window. However, the hotel food was good, and you could order à la carte through a dedicated mini-program. It was very convenient, with pictures and prices, and the food was delicious.

Very satisfied 👍 Will definitely come again next time.

We went for a staycation with Friends here at the apartment . They have the best views of SZR and the best part of it all it’s just right outside the metro station.

Every interaction was friendly and professional, creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere. I left feeling truly valued. I will return without hesitation.

The room was spacious, and the service was excellent. They even lent me an adapter and allowed a late check-out until 2 PM, which was very accommodating! I'd definitely recommend this apartment-style hotel!

Amazing very convenient right next to the museum of the future.
Very convenient for the train stop that takes you all over dubai and literally 3/4 minute walk

Very friendly staff and great facilities, room was large for what i paid and i actually never needed the air con, had many shops and restaurants nearby, very close to the Museum of Futures and the Metro station so very convenient.
Thank you all for giving me such a nice stay. Pool and Gym were very well maintained also and pool has amazing view.
