We booked and paid for the sauna. We were promised a Roman and a Finnish sauna. In fact only the Roman one worked. When I tried to talk to the woman at the reception she ran away and stopped answering the phone. Very disappointing that the administration is treating clients like this.

Under staffed, not the cleanest of rooms, poor choice of breakfast but beef steaks are excellent.
