My husband left his coat in the room (with his wallet, watch and wedding ring in one of the pockets) and the cleaner brought it straight to the laundry room instead of bringing it to the reception. When she returned it, the valuables were already gone. All the staff were unhelpful. My sister had bug bites from the bed and the cleaners didn't clean the room during our stay. I won't recommend this place to anyone.

Good hotel with amazing view. The receptionist is a very lovely and helping woman. Restraunt menu should contain some more continental dishes. Else everything was amazing.

Very clean and nice looking hotel with beautiful balcony view. The boss is super caring and friendly . Very approachable servers . The pool and “sauna” is heaven like . We really enjoyed our stay at Bukovel. Will definitely return again.
