I really like the hotel, I recommend it, tertz, spacious rooms, new plumbing, an excellent courtyard, there is also a playground for children and parking and barbecues. Welcoming and very hospitable hostess.
What I especially liked was that there is a guest living room where you can leave your suitcases, change clothes, take a shower while you are waiting for a settlement or before departure.

Stayed a few years ago in Jan during the busy period for a reasonable price. Nice atmosphere with sauna ect. Hotel food is typically not so great. Did a lot of stair climbling on 3rd floor but rewarded with amazing view. No English speakers... Cute area located close to a supermarket, bar, hire shop and awesome restaurant. "Cab" will cost about $5usd to Bukovel or take the bus.
Bukovel is the most expensive area in Ukraine during peak winter periods but this area is a lot better.

Cool hotel! Convenient location, good parking.
Everything about the hotel is well thought out. In front of the entrance there is a place where you can leave your shoes, put on clean slippers and not carry dirt inside the hotel.
There is a separate place for storing skis, drying boots, etc.
Friendly and professional staff. People know and - most importantly - love their job, it is very felt.
There is a kitchen where you can have a delicious meal at reasonable prices.
Comfortable and clean rooms.
