This hotel is a nice place, dining rooms are a bit small for the size of guests it can have, nevertheless it’s a very nice place. Rooms are all new and more are coming as well a new spa will be. There’s the possibility to rent ski equipment and all. It’s in walkable distance from bukovel ski resort. Overall I was super happy to be here!

Great hotel, with parking although this can be a bit of a juggle. The on site Ski room didn't have the correct size ladies snow boots only 2sizes higher or 2sizes lower? If you in the breakfast side of the hotel and you have Spa access you don't get given a gown. So you have to walk in the cold to the Spa and pool. Didn't see the magical salt room? Or the Jacuzzi which is covered in snow! We had a duplex room which had a view to the rear parking lot. Unfortunately the room was incredibly noisy due to the kids next door, lots of kids running around. But overall it was okay.

Nice restaurant, nice hotel, nice spa, beautiful view, 5stars!
Nice romanian speaking staff (especially Gheorghe and Carolina), the only thing what we were disappointed about waiter Pavlo because he wasn't nice, he never bring us our exachange back that isn't normal. The hotel driver mister Mihai didn't want to bring us to the city because he said it's traffic:((( we ordered taxi.
Overall 5⭐ thank you!

It was a pleasant experience at this place even though it’s rated as a 3 star establishment ,I will give 4 star ratings....Sparking clean hotel, good services and a very tasty food with accessible prices for everyone...
Hope to be back in the very near future...

Perfect place for good weekend!

The hotel is very beautiful and cozy.Vacationing family in early July.I liked everything.The grounds are lush and well maintained.The staff is friendly,especially Les at the reception.Lived in a 21 room.The two-story room.Was cleaned every day.My daughter liked the pool.By the way heated.The view from the balcony is great-the mountains and the forest. Recommend.

The unusual ratio of staff to guests.
Especially surprising was the indifference of the bartender/waiter... the Feeling that you owe him something.

Friends settled 5 hours later because there were problems with the shower.

Walk up to 400 meters - it was very unusual :)

Very dry air in the rooms. Overall, not bad, to podelnikov only machine. The local instructor (Dima) - not the instructor, in fact he spoiled the whole impression, not take.

To go back on the car. Walk up after driving not really. Something happened with the kitchen. Cakes(gambuti) served not fresh. Warmed in the microwave. It becomes the oak! The staff is really strange. Cleaning waited 3 days. The third came out the garbage. Towels change is not enough for everyone in the room(6 people) were given 5, said tomorrow will bring. Today no.
