Good hotel with good rooms for every taste and budget. Prices are low. The rooms are clean. Towels are fresh. Our room had a balcony, a hairdryer in the bathroom, soap and shower gel. A bottle of drinking water is brought to each room. The rooms were heated in the evenings, so it was warm, although only one of the 2 radiators was warm. As always, there are not enough sockets. Of course, I would like to have one at each bed. The staff is very friendly and will always help if needed. Breakfasts are delicious, served as a buffet, there was always a choice of several breakfast options. We liked it. The restaurant Hrybova Khata, where we had dinner every night, is also located opposite the hotel :)

Unfortunately we did not have a very pleasant conversation with the owner. We had 10 people to come, 8 arrived, and one refused in front of the train. Well, they did not go, then their problems, we thought (the deposit was paid 50%) but of course no one was going to return the deposit. Arrived at the hotel, of course paid for their rooms, and the owner began to force us to pay the remaining 50% for the number of people who did not come O_o, arguing that the damage and that did not warn before. Although the room remained intact, tidy, the bed towels were not used, ie the room was completely ready for the next guests. I agree with the warning, we could warn you, we apologized for that more than once (we ran, gathered and didn't think about it), but for such cases a deposit is taken. Did not arrive, sorry deposit remains at the hotel. Although the owner assured us that they always demand to pay for the room in full people who did not come O_o. How interesting is this happening? By phone?)) Or through the police and the court? It's hard to believe :) so keep that in mind. In the end, the owner agreed to accommodate us only after there was talk of returning our money and contacting the police on our part, because he refused to accommodate us and return the money.

In general, the hotel is beautiful and we really liked it. But it does not seem that the management is customer-oriented, although the staff (at the reception and in the restaurant) is very friendly. Well, or judging by the photos on the walls only on famous customers. I don't know if I want to come here a second time, probably as a last resort. But if you discard the unpleasant moment with the management, the hotel is good and it could be advised.
