Awful! They don't accept any kind of credit or debit card. The lady at the reception didn't understand English properly and she was incredibly rude. The breakfast didn't have proper coffee only instantaneous and the smell from the kitchen was in our room the whole day. The shower was super dark the water not stable in pressure or temperature. After we left (the next day) I tried to get back a vest that I forgot in the room, and they said that I could only request that after 15 days of the checkout, and when I did again no response from them. Just the worst!!!
Quite poor wi fi, no billiards as in advertisement.

we were a group of ~10, visited for the new year celebration.
good:
- we had a good time in the new year's night, food and music of our choice.
- good location, near the Bukovel center
bad:
- expensive
- food was served randomly
- portions were very small (ordered 3 portions of ribs and got 5 ribs on a plate for all 3, same for the potato side dish) - see the picture
- rooms are not like in the photos, the couch for 2 people was very small and not like in the pictures
- hot water smelled like sulfur and rust
- poor breakfast
- power outages every day
- no hot water in the new year's eve

True Alpine Gem: Warmth, Wood, and Soul
If you are looking for an authentic mountain escape, White Berry Hotel is exactly where you need to be. From the moment we arrived, we felt a level of hospitality that is hard to find; everyone here is incredibly kind and goes above and beyond to make sure our stay is perfect.
The Atmosphere
The rooms are absolutely wonderful—very woody and cozy, giving you the genuine feeling of staying in a real cabin. The scent of fresh wood fills the air, and the vibes are so peaceful and grounding. It is the perfect place to disconnect and soak in the mountain spirit.
The Restaurant: A Taste of Home
The highlight of our stay has been the food. Eating at their restaurant feels like a warm hug; it brought back so many beautiful memories of my grandmother’s cooking.
We tried two other well-known restaurants in Bukovel, but nothing compared to the Borscht here—it is easily the best in the area! Everything on the menu feels like "heart food" made with genuine love and respect for tradition.
If you want a stay that nourishes both your soul and your appetite, I cannot recommend White Berry enough. We will definitely be back!

The place is amazing with picturesque view of mountans. The service was perfect, hotel and area are very clean. Restaurant deserves the best praises: food is delicious, rich menu with adequate prices. We felt like at home.

Impeccable hotel. But the most important thing is to learn the skill of receiving tourists and avoiding problems with them. Giving a good idea about the country and trying to understand that the tourist is a stranger in your country and is ignorant of your language and culture. Tourism is about winning tourists, not losing them

I checked out based upon mutual agreement but you didn’t fulfill that agreement so I called the police I didn’t get evicted by the police don’t twist the facts
Second,
We have different cultures we use water to be more clean not like you people you use tissues
Third,
We are respectful people and we respect others who deserves respect
Fourth,
Don’t worry we will deal with it at court and by the law also for the discrimination
Finally,
It’s small amount for me actually and if you showed proof with a respectful way I will compensate you for that but it’s very disappointing to encounter people like you in this beautiful country
