Was really a pleasure staying at chevalier hotel, my apartment was really nice and clean it was so luxury that I felt like I'm staying in a 5 ⭐ hotel, the staff were really worm and walcomeing, they went out of their way to help in whichever way possible, they washed my clothes, help me out with attractions where to go, arranged the car service, and they also have an awesome spa and pool with a jacuzzi...

Wow wow I'm amazed how good this hotal was I was here for 3 days in they gave the best service ever, I never had such a good experience, the costumer service is the best in very friendly they help me with everything what I need, they wash my clothes, they help us with attractions where to go, they are amazing amazing 👏 thanks for the service !!!!!

The breakfast attendant was also incredibly kind and attentive—a big star for her, as she managed to take care of so many people, including children, at the same time

Additionally, the only phone to contact reception was located in the bathroom, and the door lacked a peephole for us to check who was outside. Another issue was the bar being closed

In summary, while the staff is truly amazing, there are significant areas for improvement in terms of security and better communication about the hotel’s amenities

Indeed, at night some equipment like a generator turns on there, but to be honest with the balcony doors closed it is almost inaudible. All the nitpicks are minor and do not spoil the overall impression of the holiday

The hotel is incredible: the rooms are clean, new, beautiful. The staff is polite and always ready to help) There is parking. The view from the window is simply breathtaking. I really enjoyed staying here

The disadvantages are very minor: - when something ran out at breakfast, I had to personally ask for more scrambled eggs (the girls did not monitor) - there was no brush for cleaning shoes in the room and you have to ask for it by calling the reception - we had a room with a view not of the mountains and on the second floor

The girls at the reception are flirtatious and positive. The buffet breakfast is at the level of European hotels (if it is not included in the price of accommodation, it costs 300 UAH, which is easy to recoup)

A very cool hotel in an ideal location. Own exit to the 5th track from the third floor. On the same floor there is a dryer for equipment. Up to the 5th ski lift 30 meters. And a stunning view of the second track

The interior 100% corresponds to the hotel's name. It is lavishly (but not without taste) decorated with various works of art: paintings, sculptures, pottery etc. The staff is amiable, attentive and willing to help

A very quiet and cozy little hotel at ski lift #5. The hotel has an exit to slope 5A from the loft, however if you go 50 meters uphill, you can slide down to lift #2 via trail D

Location of the hotel is great, only 50 mt to ski lift and ski rental room. Room size more than enought and balkony with great wiev. Hotel provides you private warm ski store for your ski equipments

Very nice hotel to stay with a children! SPA, swing pool are very clean. Breakfast is included and it is really good. Meal is also great! Maybe one more item to mention, that it is very close to the center of Bukovel

A wonderful manager, a man who will answer and solve any question. Large room, has everything you need. There is a very friendly man in the ski room, he will take out and bring in the skis

Special thanks to the chefs - delicious and varied breakfasts, ordered dinner: trout with porcini mushrooms, beef cheeks, ribs and of course banosh with porcini mushrooms and cheese - all at the highest level

Of the minuses: there are a lot of people in the spa, especially on weekends and in the evening. You can't sit freely in a jacuzzi or sauna. Prices in the restaurant as in Kyiv restaurants and higher

The SPA is very cool, there is also a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, hammam. The restaurant is very spacious. Awesome breakfasts, here everyone will find something for themselves and the children too

Considering that there were a lot of children in the hotel, their noice almost was not disturbing 7) even though the hotel is in the center (close to the 2B funicular, key touristic one), it's 5 min walk to a forest, which makes it easy both to enjoy civilization and wild nature 8) prices in restaurant are not crazy expensive, for Bukovel - reasonable 9) super friendly and eager to help staff: on reception...

Perfectly located comfortable clean hotel. Very close to the center while far away from other buildings. We paid 2200 per night in July 2018 for 2-room apartment well suited for family of 3 adults and 2 kids

Pros: 1) hotel is brand new, very nicely renovated, a lot of wood in interior, which makes the hotel modern and cozy at the same time 2) bed is amazing! So comfortable! I had sooo good sleep there 3) the hotel is very clean: rooms, restaurants and spa area 4) there is nice spa area - pretty big pool (~15 meters), Roman bath and Finnish sauna 5) buffet breakfast was diverse enough, was included into...

We did not enjoy staying on the restaurant terrace because of that 5) I included location of the hotel to "pros", as it's close to infrastructure, but I need to note - the hotel is located not in "cosy" place: it's between another line of the hotels and the road

So basically we cannot use the pool during a day, as without bath/sauna it was very cold to stay there 4) I understand that it was not the fault of the Hotel, but there were several constructions in progress around it, and they produced noise and dust

Alcohol is very expensive, only one type of beer, which cost like 4 € for 0. 5 liter (which is European, not Ukrainian price) 3) water in the pool was cold, despite promised +28 C, it was barely +20-22 C

Beautiful, clean, comfy, cozy and hospitable place to stay for families and single travelers. There is no complete kitchen and breakfasts in hotel, but there is a good restaurant on the territory

Very very good place for its cost in Bukovel

Great place to visit during summer when everything is green and you can walk around without freezing out. The sightseeing at the top is great and you can go down on foot, with your bicycle, go cart or on the ski lift.

You can spend here 3 to 4 days in summer time with family and friends. Some areas good for kids and adults. You can swim at the near lake. Take the chairlifts up the mountain to get a beautiful photos of the nature

The location is perfect - you can get out of your room and start skiing on a trail immediately, or walk a short distance to a slope. The staff are professional and friendly. The room has everything one needs

Impressed how much they advanced in terms of service and comfort. The prices for the ski are very fair, accommodation can be expensive according to the locals' income but it all depends on the provider

But even if the price is quite high - the comfort is guaranteed! The most unfair price I would say is in the restaurants. But the view from the top of the mountain makes you feel like like in heaven

It is very impressive when you entering Bukovel from Polianitsa, like getting with a portal to an Alpines level Ski Resort city. Great infrastructure, clean and tidy

Great hotel, located not so far to the center. You can rent ski much chipper than somewhere else. If you don't want go somewhere for dinner than be ready pay for that. Not really tasty but so pricy

If you are on a low budget and still want to be close to the centre this hotel is a must go to, rooms, bathroom were clean, each room had its balcony with a lovely view, there is also a spa and indoor pool

Hotel "Korona" is in the heart of Bukovel ski resort , close to all activities. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Our kids enjoyed the playground while adults relaxed in the sauna and swimming pool
