As always good place

We rested at the hotel Chain from 18.01 till 24.01.2016. Went to this hotel first time, at your own risk because the reviews were different: the good and the bad. Some people wrote about the fact that the good reviews he says the hotel staff for self-promotion.After resting there but was so pleasantly surprised that came to the conclusion: bad hotel reviews written competitors or people in your life happy.Arrived at 15.00 and we were immediately settled in the room.The room, though not large, but clean and comfortable. I think the person who came to rest, that is enough. Clean well and every day. On the third day, changed the sheets. Hot water is available constantly. Stoked very well. Even had to open the balcony and air.Parking is in the Parking lot near the first lift (near the hotel).
On the ground floor of the hotel there is a room for storing and drying skis and boots. Honestly we have all things their own, not a rental, so I didn't really want to leave there the skis. But making sure that things are carefully and from the heart Atlapa. Always friendly Lily sets the mood for the whole day.
I want to tell about the restaurant. Includes meals Breakfast and dinner. The food is so hearty and delicious that to 14-15 hours is generally not wanted. The food is varied and tasty. Ten years of skiing in Bukovel,for the first time managed to get into the hotel Chain,in mid-October, ordered by stock number at a very affordable price.And the hotel Chain itself.Very friendly receptionist Michael was very polite guard/Alexander/ helped to bring bags and all to tell.Great atmosphere,cosiness and comfort was everywhere.Bed were changed every three days,towels every day,maid service every day.Great menu,variety managed to get better for ten days on a lot of pounds. a Huge thanks to the chef of the hotel and we were served the waiter Marika/one attention,and if you ate bear an additional portion of/.Lunch is lovely and for a ridiculous price.In the mountains the lunch is 400g,and the hotel 76gr.The difference is impressive.Great hotel bar,great staff.Massage therapists are excellent.Very good to take a room to the inner courtyard quiet.Very warm in the hotel,always hot water.All my friends are telling how good the hotel Chain.Everyone working at the hotel,THANK you FOR the KINDNESS, care,ATTENTION and LOVE TO YOUR VISITORS!!!!

The second time came enjoyed it. The only caveat. During the booking process, got to the poor grandmother who could not answer the questions. If you feel the catch at the time of booking. Look for another room, but do not give up. Very close to the first lift.

Not a bad hotel, a ski depot. The hotel's shop. The rooms are nice. The price of sanity.

Great place to stay. Very close to ski lift. Staff is very helpful and kind. Food is tasty, it was a surprise. Room is small, but it’s okay, except that we had 2 separate blankets on a bed for two.
