Hotel owner was rude and agressive, shouting and insulting, when after check in I informed about not staying overnight. I was asked to pay first and was showed the room after, which was a big mistake. The hotel pictures were not representing the actual status of the property - dirty rooms with a strong toilet smell, dirty sheets, towels and a sigarette smell across all property. I have informed the reception I will not be staying overnight, 2 hours after check in (had to find and confirm a new place). I was then denied a refund of the paid amount 400 UAH as they claimed not to have any cash at the reception anymore. The receptionist called the owner who shouted at me and then hanged up. Awful service and a bery dirty place.

The staff are very friendly. The rooms are so clean. It's situated in a very good location in kharkiv.
