Hotel Meduza in Kharkiv

Good afternoon, I do not recommend this establishment, we were there on 11/21/2025, we booked a room through booking, no one at the reception sees the reservation, there is no reservation, the door to the hotel does not close, at the reception the administrator sits drunk with other incomprehensible people, although the administrator should be presentable, but no, boo, communication would be better, you can not pay with a card there, there is no terminal, there is no connection, some excuses always fly, on booking it is written that the room comes with a pool, but not with the room which costs 1500 UAH, pay another 1500 for the pool separately, the interior is not bad, while we were being led to the room, the woman who came with the keys, opened the already occupied room, opened the door they live there, said oh and closed it, no apologies nothing, no one even knows which rooms are free and which are occupied, but finally they brought us to our room, we had a two-story room, the impression is not very good, for such a price for the room there are no bathrobes, no disposable slippers, nothing at all, only a woman went into the toilet and there is a cockroach running around calmly, the shower is in a mold, to connect to the wifi you have to go through a quest especially on the TV, in general we were not even there for a day, after a couple of hours we left, because the cockroaches did not give us peace, the administrator said about the cockroaches that this cannot be, I have never heard of them....
I really do not recommend it, book in advance, you will arrive and you will be very upset because your reservation will not be there in fact, I do not recommend it for a family vacation, the service is terrible!!!

Went last week, loved it and was great! We signed up again this week for 7 in the morning, arrived, the girl who was supposed to let us in went out for a smoke and slammed the door, which there was no one to open. We waited an hour in the hope that she would somehow resolve this issue, in the end, without any apologies or the possibility of returning the prepayment, she came up to us and said that she did not know when they would open and what to do, she did not know either. Without a scandal or any raids (although it would have been necessary, since all our plans were violated), we simply left and asked to transfer the prepayment to another day. We booked for Thursday, but plans changed and we called the day before and asked to reschedule the reservation to Friday, to which we heard in response that the administrator had already written down everywhere that we were on Thursday and it was impossible to reschedule to Friday. Although at 7 am on Friday they were also free and we did not understand what the problem was to reschedule. In general, the bathhouse is good, everything is clean, but the staff leaves much to be desired. It seems that they do not value their reputation at all and do everything specifically so that people do not come to them at all! Because of such staff, in spite of a good bath, I don’t want to come there.
