Reviews
I'll start from afar. I arrived in Kharkiv to see a masseuse, the massage was done, oil remained on my body, so I needed a shower and a bed.
It was late (already at 10:30 PM) and I was looking for something closer to the massage place. I found this establishment, came and it started:
1. The price on the Internet is 850 UAH, they demanded 950 from me. I didn't see the price anywhere, the price on the Internet is still 850. I don't know if the administrator took the money for herself, whether it went up in price or not, where the extra money went - I don't know, but I didn't get a check.
2. We were put in a room with a shower cabin (2 or 3, we'll talk about both later). The room is clean, with a balcony, it was visually beautiful. I was a little confused by the hole in the wall (possibly from a bullet) right opposite the entrance.
Not finding my slippers, I put on my own and went into the shower stall. The door in the stall was just falling off, and the water wasn't flowing.
Going down to the receptionist (a woman in her 40s), I heard that she was supposed to be there, invited her into the room, she turned on the taps for 3 minutes while I was there, the water barely dripped and disappeared again. I pointed to the door, she quickly put it back in place (she must have already known about it because she did it quickly and without accusations that I broke it). When I asked about another room, she said that the next one, with a bathtub, was free and I could go there. We went down, turned on the water, it ran at medium pressure, I turned off the tap, agreed that I would go to this one to wash.
3. When I went into the room with the bathroom, I found 2 pairs of slippers in a prominent place, went to the bathroom, but the pressure was almost nonexistent. It didn't matter, I tried to wash myself anyway. The water disappeared after 2 minutes when I didn't even have time to wet my body. I went downstairs again, the administrator could not answer anything, neither how long to wait, nor why there was no water.
I went to bed with oil on my body, dirtying their bed.
4. The sleep was not the best, there was some kind of wooden barrier in the middle of the bed, the blanket for my height (186) was too small and my feet were simply outside the blanket, so I spent the whole night in the fetal position + blanket diagonally. All night a monotonous rhythmic sound came from the corridor. At first I thought someone was having sex, but from 2 am to 6 am at 1 pace - unlikely, you just need to cover something up so that it doesn't stick. Having slept 4 hours a night, I wasn't satisfied with my sleep.
5. When I woke up in the morning, the first thing I wanted to do was take a shower, but there was no water again. I had drinking water with me and thanks to it I could at least brush my teeth.
When I got dressed and was leaving, I met another administrator (18 years old) and she at least said that I had to wait until the others took a shower and then the water would appear, but I was already dressed and going out, so I didn't need this information.
6. Separately, about Wi-Fi. It seems to be there, but the administrator said that it wasn't there and didn't even want to give the password, then she said the password, but it never appeared in the whole time.
And so, separately: there is nothing in the room except the bed, wardrobes, table and chairs. Kettles, microwave, breakfast - this HOTEL 4!!!!!! stars does not provide anything.
Towels were clean, the foot mat in the bathrooms was originally dirty/black
I do not recommend it for any point, neither to sleep, nor to rest, nor to wash
I recorded a video with the lack of water, but I do not know how to insert it, if the owner or anyone else is interested, I am ready to send proof of this text
Dear administration, take into account all the above nuances and please arrange the rooms accordingly, because the price is unreasonably high for such conditions.
