Very comfortable and has everything you need and the people also have a good attitude.
not cheap but not spendy mini apartments for use by the day or the week. Safe and secure with good staff.
True bargain for its location. In the heart of Kiev, close to all amenities, 5 minutes walking distance to Maidan Square and Khristatik Avenue and from there you are only limited by your imagination. The only thing that is on the negative is that the cable TV covers only Ukrainian channels. Otherwise there is a built in small kitchen if one decides to cook. Great location on a great price.
The place is tidy and clean. I only gave 3 stars due to a really uncomfortable bed, couldn't sleep

Cons: 2sd floor with no lift. If you have heavy luggage is not easy to go up. The internet was not working regularly. They say it's an aparthotel but it's not. It's a room with space but they don't have a stove to cook. From my experience in other european countries when you rent a aparthotel you can prepare your own meals if you want. They have plates and cups but you have to wash it on the bathroom.

We spent 4 nights in June. Perfect location, clean room and sort of helpful staff.
There's a huge air-conditioning issue for the bathroom. It stinks if you dont use room perfume If you dont mind spending time in the room and looking for good and cheap location this is the place, if not, there are much better options.

Nice room and very good position, the staff is friendly even if they don't speak very much English
