The hotel decided to void my reservation because I was not able to pick up a phone call before the check in, despit the fact that the reservation was made with the credit card garantie. As a a result I was find my self on a street at night, searching for the other hotel becose my room was offered to someone else. No excuse, no support - nothing.
Dear business owners, not all airlines are offering the capability to have a phone call during the flight. Hope you learn from this case and will not put anyone in the situation I was.
Can not comment on a apartment quality because I was not allowed to check in.
Cons: 2sd floor with no lift. If you have heavy luggage is not easy to go up. The internet was not working regularly. They say it's an aparthotel but it's not. It's a room with space but they don't have a stove to cook. From my experience in other european countries when you rent a aparthotel you can prepare your own meals if you want. They have plates and cups but you have to wash it on the bathroom.
There's a huge air-conditioning issue for the bathroom. It stinks if you dont use room perfume If you dont mind spending time in the room and looking for good and cheap location this is the place, if not, there are much better options.
