I want to write about my extremely unpleasant experience of spending a night at this hotel. At the beginning my booking has been cancelled, and I had to wait and call many times to rebook my ALREADY BOOKED room. When I finally booked my room and received keys, the key actually was wrong! I was really tired and wanted just go to sleep! When I got to my room, there was very cold, I wanted to turn on the condition, but there wasn’t any remote control and when I called to the reception, the lady didn’t know English, hung up! I wanted just to have a night but it was really horrible experience.

I stayed here for a month. My living situation was uncertain and this hotel was perfect for that. The staff was friendly and patient with me since I didn’t speak Ukrainian or Russian.
Overall, if you’re not looking for something glamorous but something that gets the job done and on a budget with a friendly smile then this a good place to stay.

Slippers and a pan are missing in the room. Besides that, feels secured. You will find it hard to find the entrance at your first arrival, just roam around the long building and walk through the light. Reception is kind and helpful but most of the receptionist ladies don't speak English at all. Bring your own translate. The hotel is really close to metro station, room is clean, great view from 19th floor. It is the 3rd day of my residence, I am enjoying it. Exchange office and sim card sale is like 100meter.

Decent hotel for its price. The drainage system definitely need some maintenance. Sink was blocked as we entered. Economic choice for short stay.Close to metropolitan from where you can get to beautiful sightseeing of the city. Supermarket is just down cross the road.

Safe and secure place to stay.
Our favorite restaurant was one minute walk away. This hotel is near to Metro and a very good value.

Awful. Wanted to rent a room for 4 days. When stated on the website the price is 350 UAH per room I sounded 800 UAH in the first day and 400 the next. Thus "reassured" that the price changes depending on the load. I do not advise to contact them.

Hello everybody! The hotel Lukyanovsky I know for a long time, as often come from Dnepropetrovsk to Kiev on a long trip. That's why I chose this mini-hotel. And impressions about this place, I always remain the best. The world by phone book your favorite room "standard". I really like this bright and spacious room because there is a huge bed with soft comfortable mattress, large spacious wardrobe with mirrored doors, air conditioning, a TV, and facilities for a truly comfortable stay. Plus, the room category "standard" is equipped with a kitchenette where there are microwave, kettle, fridge, built in oven and utensils for cooking. Such conditions are not often met in Kiev for such a reasonable price. And most importantly, a business card, I believe, a hotel Chain, always there to Shine clean, fresh and comfortable!!! Still don't know how they manage to include every area of the hotel in such a sterile clean!!! Special thanks to the management of this hotel for the warm receptions and hospitality. Always helpful and conscientious staff will help with any domestic details. For those who really want to spend time in Kiev, at home, and from personal experience I recommend only Lukyanovsky.

The only plus of this 'hotel' is the minimum distance from the metro station and reasonable price. All the rest is full of horror and the usual Soviet hostel. Cut a plastic bottle in which water is drained from the boiler, to the bed, which creaks with every movement. Just a terrible hotel. I don't understand how this hotel can be a sign rating 8.2 to the type of Booking or Arrival? Such assessments nullify the Herculean job of other hotels in the area of services to their customers.

The rooms are average but clean. Bathrooms are nice as well. Pricewise its budget. Long story short it is a very logical option in Kiev.
