Unfortunately the air conditioning didn’t work and it was very hot and humid. It was difficult to sleep even with the windows open. The WIFI was also unstable which made calls for my work a bit difficult at times. I would be in the middle of explaining something in a meeting and the WIFI would drop out. Really great staff in a very nice area of the city. Although not near city center, Bolt is very inexpensive and metro station is nearby. I could not have been happier and highly recommend this property. Two minor suggestions: Provde tissues and paper towels.

Great Hotel Apartments Super helpful and friendly staff and big, clean rooms. Add to that the washing machine and kitchen, and it’s the perfect place for a longer stay in Kyiv.

Excellent location, good transport interchange, nearby there are supermarkets, cafes, metro, attractions within walking distance. The service is super, the staff is friendly, they extended the room until the evening without any problems, we had a bus late in the evening. the room is cozy, clean and comfortable with a good view of the city! Very nice and safe property. We liked the extra space but did not like the vaccination and covid check before we could have the room when this requirement was not according to the current regulations for health at the time. Excessive stupidity if they understood reality

We arrived at around 6:30 pm easy check in they don’t accept US dollar so I need just 5 minutes walk for exchange even they let my family to go inside the apartment which was big with nice kitchen and table for 4 person and amazing bathroom with washing machine and huge terrace Very clean apartment with nice complement tea and coffee capsule for one day but if you need more you can buy Room cleaning...

Fantastic hotel - renovated last week, super clean, lots of appliances like washer dryer, dishwasher, cooker/ hood, microwave etc. Proper fit for business travelers or families!

Great atmosphere, fresh renovation, security, 24/7 service, friendly staff. I really like the new rooms, stylish. We wanted to check in earlier, and we were given this opportunity for free. Just because the guest in front of us left early in the morning. They even allowed us to stay with a dog :) We are your regular customers!

I stayed one night and the apartments are super clean and modern I love it when I come back I will definitely stay again. Price is very reasonable and I did have a nice view in my apartment too. The apartment I had was very close to the city centre, well-maintained and safe building. The apartment itself was clean, the bed was comfortable, and all the amenities worked as expected. Check-in and check-out were super easy. Please note that all apartments in Kyiv show the office's address, not the address of the apartment itself. Make sure to double-check if the location is important to you.

We spent 4 nights in June. Perfect location, clean room and sort of helpful staff. There's a huge air-conditioning issue for the bathroom. It stinks if you dont use room perfume If you dont mind spending time in the room and looking for good and cheap location this is the place, if not, there are much better options.

True bargain for its location. In the heart of Kiev, close to all amenities, 5 minutes walking distance to Maidan Square and Khristatik Avenue and from there you are only limited by your imagination. The only thing that is on the negative is that the cable TV covers only Ukrainian channels. Otherwise there is a built in small kitchen if one decides to cook. Great location on a great price.

Great room in city centre location. 1 down side is its on 4th floor and lift is broken. Good price for its location. The best part is the staff. I had an incident and the staff went above and beyond to help me. They are a credit to the apartments and always someone around to assist you. Stayed here one night with my husband, we loved it! Really nice personal, cozy and clean rooms. The location of these apts is perfect, really close to the center. Also there's one coffe shop near, I want to recommend it, The Blue Cup. Definitely coming back to you guys next time we're in Kiev.
