The worst place I had to visit was celebrating an anniversary, when booking it was indicated that there would be up to 14 people (10 in the description), to which the hostess said that everything was in order, but in fact there were 13 people upon arrival, for which we were required to pay extra, " the owner ”even counted a baby for whom he demanded an additional payment, although in fact there were 8 people left for the night. During the celebration itself, the owner came to check more than once, but what surprised me the most was when at one moment he started filming us on a tablet from around the corner, when he was asked what he was doing, he replied “I’m looking at the house”.
The beds are terrible, the couch is not suitable for sleeping, the gore in the form of adhesive tape on the kitchen furniture, although we did not use their dishes, it looks strange.

I do not recommend this place, for 10k you can rent a country house where you will not be charged extra for 2-3 additional guests who arrived for a few hours.

Celebrated a friend's birthday there.
Of the benefits: there are 2 swings, a frame pool and a large table with chairs in the pavilion - you can hide from the rain and mosquitoes. Also a couple of sun loungers in the yard.

Cons: the feeling that we came to strangers in the house, and they are not very happy to see us - the cabinets in the kitchen are sealed with adhesive tape, the billiard table is covered with prostration, in the bathroom on the 2nd floor, personal belongings of the owners are crumpled in the bedside tables.
We were looking for the promised hair dryer and slippers. But when they saw personal belongings, they stopped looking. As it turned out, the owner at that time were in the basement of the house.
The yard stinks very much of chicken droppings, but on the contrary, the territory is being actively cleared - the equipment is working, and it is very noisy.

The topic of the behavior of the owners of the house is a completely different story. The owner came to us in the midst of the holiday, and demanded an additional payment for 3 people over 10 and a one-year-old child in the amount of 1.5 thousand UAH. The guests were just in the yard
near the barbecue, and stayed for the night and went into the house 8 people. Later, the owner took pictures of our company from around the corner without agreement (why?) They also didn’t like that one of the cars was parked too close to the garage - they had to re-park, (why?) Also, the owners locked us in the yard, and in order to go outside, you need to it was every time to ask to open the lock on the gate (why?)

If you are looking for a place to sleep, then in Kyiv there are a lot of hostels for 700 UAH/day with comfortable beds. And not with sofas - a burp of zero with a scanty kitchen towel, without disposable slippers. And there you will not be bothered by the sound of construction outside the window and the stench of the chicken coop.
If you are looking for a place to celebrate a holiday, then I do not recommend this place. For that kind of money, you can rent a house on the banks of the Dnieper without intrusive unpleasant owners
