The room I booked was located opposite the cafe, bar. It was not possible to change to another number. It also turned out that a banquet was planned for that day. The administration is obliged to notify the client about such broadcasts before booking a room.
Despite the courtesy of the staff, the cleanliness of the hotel, the reasonable prices, this moment crosses out everything.

Awful hotel. Converted basement or semi-basement. A window in the form of a narrow slit under the ceiling, closed tightly with a curtain. Therefore, the room is dark. Poor and cheap furnishings. Phones are not taken in the room. To call everyone goes out into the street. WIFI is very weak, it connects only on a laptop, on phones and tablets, you need to catch a place by number. Shower room with a plastic curtain. I ordered on booking for one price - the hotel took some additional fee. In general, it turned out as much as I paid the day before in Poland for a luxury hotel. At the reception they asked - "Should I give you slippers?" They save on such trifles. It remains only to unwind the toilet paper from the roll and give it out at the request of the guests. When I went out to call, I saw how guests were checking in, passing suitcases over the fence. The gate was closed for some reason.

We arrived at night. They met us at the barrier. A middle-aged woman with no "hello" led us into complete darkness under the windows of an apartment building. In the morning we woke up, the hotel is empty, the reception is closed. The barrier is down, there is no security. Thanks to the local residents, they were able to leave the territory.

There are no options for food (breakfast, lunch). At most, you can buy dry rations in a nearby supermarket.

Prices on the site are not true. Instead of 350 UAH. per room turned out to be 450 + tourist tax. Ordinary basement, which was converted into a hostel. The rooms are very small. The smell in the corridors is unpleasant. Putting a car in the territory is a problem - there is a barrier, but there is no guard. The administrator does not have a remote control from the barrier! Very expensive for a hotel of this level.
