I booked a room on Booking, it was written that I would pay the full amount on arrival in cash, but they asked me for 50% of the amount to transfer them in time on the bank card (the amount they asked for was higher than it was written on Booking). After I transferred the amount of money to them and sent them the confirmation that the money had been sent to them, they canceled my reservation and did not answer the phone. The staff at the beginning behaved very rudely and disrespectfully. I didn't get the money back. Please be careful not to get into an unpleasant situation like me. You better pay a little more expensive but you rest well and you don't have any inconveniences during the holidays. I wish you success!

I strongly discourage you from booking room in this hotel, here is why;
1. Cockroaches detected in bathroom as well as under bed.
2. I guess there is no clean up after guests leave the room; on the bed I slept there were several hairs of some woman/girl sleeping there before -> congrats cleaning staff, you did great job.
3. the shower was plugged with some hairs, which made that water couldn't flow down, but stayed in padding for several hours.

the only plus of this hotel is proximity with main square/ prospekt Svobody street, but anyway because of these 3 reasons from above I discourage anyone booking room here.
