Nice and clean hotel in the city center. Very comfy beds.

Maybe just my bad luck in my second time staying here. I got a room in the loft with no view and no neighbors. But the worst thing is I haven't got any toilet paper nor table/facial tissue. They don't have bidet as well. So I don't know with what do they expect me to clean myself after doing the deeds. Good thing I always bring my own facial tissue. After I returned from dinner at 22.30, I asked the receptionist to send toilet paper. in total I have asked 3 times, they kept promising to send someone. It's already 23.51 pm. Maybe the housekeeping division doesn't work after 22.30. Who knows ? But at least don't make promise if you can't keep it.

We stayed at the hotel with the whole group of more than 70 people before our wedding in Lviv. The whole organization was fantastic, especially all the help from their Manager Pavlo was very much appreciated! Thank you for everything! Pavlo helped us to organize all the transfers, taxis, restaurants, everything, which was needed. The rooms are cozy and quiet, newly renovated and a great breakfast buffet is offered every morning. We will come back anytime again!

Very comfortable, large room in a lovely building. Air conditioning very good during the very hot weather.

Brilliant hotel, stay here if you can! Large, spacious rooms, huge bathrooms, in 1920s decor, very friendly service and good breakfast!

Everything is perfect breakfast location rooms but last night of my stay was nightmare party in restaurant understand but make party still after 00... Really weak... Change the room no good idea.... Just tell the people to volume down the music because is midnight....

The room was very stylish and spacious. Also clean and tidy.
I really enjoyed the breakfast as well.
The location was in central part of Lviv so getting everywhere was easy.
The only disappointing thing was noisy conditioning system. You can't really switch it off 'cause apparently it is designed for whole block. So I suspect the soundproof is poor.

Was there for a couple days ago. They didn’t turn heating on so I have got a cold . The rooms are not so clean and new as on the photos. Strange stinky smells and a lot of dust. I do not recommend this place

Very nice hotel in the center of Lviv 😍 We had a cozy, spacious and well-equiped apartment, big balcony with a view to the old rooftops.
There is wifi, possibility to order breakfast, wash your laundry, safely park a motorbike.
Not as cheap as a hostel, but affordable.

Really nice hotel&hostel - modern clean rooms, great friendly positive staff, nice breakfast area.The hotel was modern, well decorated, clean and tidy - a typical European style chain hotel. Our room was very very clean. 5 STAR HOUSE KEEPING STAFF!!! THANK YOUUUUU.

The staff was friendly, bathrooms were clean, common spaces were nice, and the breakfast was amazing. The croissants served at breakfast were to die for. My only complaint is that we were there in the dead of summer and the rooms got very hot even with leaving the windows open. Also, the windows don't have bug screens and the only way to tolerate the heat was to leave the windows open which lead to lots of mosquitos and bugs flying around.

Nice off-the-path hotel. Food store, restaurants, pubs, and city sights within short walk. Receptionist was wonderful and spoke good English. The room was nice, fully equipped kitchenette. Slept great, receptions had to awaken me so I wouldn't miss my train, above and beyond. Thank you. I will return.
