The hotel is worth its money, everything was on the level. Breakfasts, kids area, SPA, pool, service, cleaning were as suppose for the 5* hotel. P.S. My room made a poor first impression in that it was outside-noise loud(!), and the receptionist mitakenly told me (in English, which probably created the miscommunication) that nothing could be done about the noise. A beautifully decorated hotel in downtown Lviv, close to everything. Good size room and bathroom. Cleaning service was excellent. Surprisingly quiet despite being in the area with heavy traffic. Ruslan ( I believe he is a reception manager) was very helpful with every need or question. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay there again.

My fourth stay at the Swiss Hotel. It is all about the people. So helpful and kind. Room was clean and very comfortable. Only ate breakfast at the hotel. Very good and plentiful. One of my most favorite hotels in all my travels. You can’t go wrong.

It was my third time at Emily earlier this week and it was as good as always. If you go there during the week days there are no queues or any problems with tables or service time. Great weather, tasty cusine (I had shripms and noodles) and drinks and wifi allows you to work remotly.

I had a great stay at Lion’s Castle Hotel. They checked me in at 3 AM, which I really appreciated. Service was very good, and the breakfast was excellent — a bit rich, but delicious. 5 star review with no hesitation. Rooms are very clean , well organized with colorful walls . Stuff are amazing that took my stress away . That is what is required in a vacation. Note: in case you are very lazy to walk on stairs , there is no elevator .

The hotel is really top notch and beautiful and in a high end neighborhood. Great and helpful staff. There's no elevator, but the staircase is finished in beautiful wood, as are the floors. Very nice living area with premium wallpaper. Bathrooms very nicely tiled and sparkling clean. Three flights of stairs. Breakfast included but we had to leave before cafeteria opened at eight. Beautiful surroundings - actually it is a part of the big park, historical building with nice terrace if the bar (drinks, few snacks and desserts only), friendly stuff, nice rooms with very comfortable beds. We stayed in newer building and there were minor disruptions in the room, like door lock not working properly and eaves has no side bar or stopper, so while we were opening a curtain to enjoy...

A wonderful place. I wouldn't say it's cheap, but it's worth the money. The room was clean, the cleaning was excellent, and the staff were polite. The shower was large and had all the amenities. There was parking and security. The breakfasts were wonderful. There was an infrared sauna, plus massages. My family and I loved it.

It's located near the train station, a good location. There's also a movie theater nearby, and it's a twenty-minute walk to the water pump room, making it very convenient for getting to the city center. The hotel is large and beautiful.

Hotel is great, quiet and peaceful place, nice nature, nice food, the problem is only if u want to get to Lviv for some walk, so the only way is taxi as this hotel is outside Lviv

I met Masoch in 2012, and it’s still my favorite place in the world. I remember the names of all the waitresses and waiters. I practically lived at Masoch when I was in Ukraine. I stayed in the country for a few months and went to Masoch every single day I was there. I hope you remember me with the same affection and love that I remember you. I had an amazing experience when I visited a few years ago and tried delicious braised bull's testicles in balsamic sauce. This time, unfortunately, it's being renovated, so the basement is closed, Masoch's statue is gone, and there are only a few tables. It feels like a normal cafe with a BDSM-themed gift store now. Hope the old atmosphere of the place will stay the same after the renovation.

Great concept, location and rooms. Only downside is breakfast isn't served until 10am which is far too late. They did say we could have it in the evening before instead which was quite weird, but ok. We'd definitely stay again anyway, maybe without breakfast

We have been to this establishment several times and were pleased. The menu is unusual both in appearance and its contents with unusual names and presentation. We also tried cool tinctures that are drunk from the bitterest to the sweetest and each shot comes with a small salted cucumber. There are so many emotions, I can't even describe them. Fun place for tourists and companies. Mostly I missed music for atmosphere, could be great to hear some Velvet Underground in such place or modern dark wave. Waitresses/mistress are doing a great job. Cocktails are fine but nothing crazy.
