We were there in early July 2025, rested with children, were very satisfied!
The owner met us with children in his personal car!
The rooms are clean, refrigerator, TV, air conditioning and bathroom in the room!
They cook food on the territory of the base, you can order!
The bazaar, shops, cafes are all nearby!
We reached the sea with children in 10 minutes!
In the summer of 2026, we will also go here for a vacation!!!
I recommend!!

A complete scam, I booked a place in this hotel a month in advance. The day before arrival, the owner called and said that he had problems with the tax office and offered to check me into another hotel at an inflated price.
I had previously read reviews of similar situations, but I did not believe them until I encountered them myself..

I found information on Booking and there were all positive reviews, which inspired confidence in me at first...

It's packed. There's no privacy at the table. This isn't just a two-story house with a summer kitchen; it's three (!) houses sharing a common area and a single gas stove. Sometimes there were two kettles, sometimes just one. It's a good thing they didn't cook (just coffee) and left early. They didn't clean the place once in two weeks, and they didn't change the bed linen. You can order breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Lunch is 300 UAH, dinner is 350 UAH. We tried it once – it was okay.

We booked a room in "Little Paradise". The day before departure, the owner called and said - "most hotels don't have water, but I can accommodate you in the Golden Beach, although it will be more expensive and all 2 families in one room". We initially agreed, but it was good that on the way we stopped at a few more hotels, asked if there was water (a lie). And we stopped at another one, nearby, fortunately. The owner is throwing everyone away, because people were walking around and looking for a place to stay after visiting the Golden Beach. And we never found Little Paradise. Don't be fooled, it's a scam..
