It is a perfect place for those who are looking for a quiet place to enjoy the sea and unwind. Lovely view. I always prefer minimalistic designe and little decor, but decided to try something unusual and fairly enjoyed it. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Definitely will come back some winter.

Very pleased that the management Tatiana had been allowed to settle with a small dog York, despite the fact that the hotel does not accept Pets. Thank You so much that went into our position. Maybe we were young or in love really, but to understand what we liked shalanda impossible.
Service: you can order a coffee and wait. Just forgot about you or you scored.

The whole barge 1 the vile and smelly toilet, the door from the street to which the queue of 2-3 people. For girls it is really a problem.

Really don't purposefully go in the barge, the risk to spoil your evening.

Building is a little older and a couple of rough spots are starting to show through but still nice enough and plenty comfortable. patio railing is all that separates you from the beach so the view is fantastic

Normal place for one or a few nights. There were some issues with shower, also the temperature of water was changed often. There is kitchen where is menu is marked with allergens.

Don't stay here power keeps going out and the Wi-Fi rarely works I paid for a month and wanted to leave after the second week and money was refused to be refunded. This place is a scam.

I would agree that it's a bare bones hotel, that's if one can call it a hotel in the first place? Its more of an apartment without facilities The rooms is well placed in the complex but the bed is terrible and would have been put in a skip for rubbish years ago if it was in UK! The shower enclosure is too small other than for someone very small. There is a tv but only Ukrainian or Russian programmes. The best part is the stunning view of the beach and one is only 80 meters from the Black Sea, very little tide rise and fall over 24 hours. The roads are not good to travel to this Hotel, especially the last mile or so near to hotel.
