Wonderful place. Magnificent pool, pelican, first line. Almost immediately access to the estuary and to the pier with boats. In a nutshell - a heavenly place :)

Of the pros I want to note the guarded parking in the area, which, incidentally, did not have a beautiful pool, staff who kindly solve any problem, green, prosperous and well-groomed area, convenient location to the boat that will take you to the sea, good rooms in which they clean every day. There is air conditioning. Of the minuses - the first room in my life where there is no hair dryer...

Very cozy, clean, beautiful, lots of greenery, well-groomed area, spacious rooms, lovely people, an excellent swimming pool (25m, deep) and the highlight of the hotel is the Pilya pelican, she's just lovely! The children were delighted, they did not want to leave.

A great place for a relaxing stay. Green area, rooms for every taste and budget, a wonderful pool, friendly staff, delicious food, and a boat to the sea within walking distance (in the cost of living). The only thing that should be improved is the playground. I hope this will happen next year, because "Liman" is a place where we would like to return.

There are not enough playgrounds, the rooms are clean, but there is not enough microwave, there are no dishes, but there is air conditioning - it pleases, budget in one word. If you want to have a modest rest, then this is it. On a budget of 700 UAH, for a room for three, the estimate is 4/5.

Spent few days at the cottage with family. Was great!!! The room service starts working around 10am and you can grill your food. The rooms are not bad at all, a bed with tv and fridge. We rested with our family from 04.07 to 13.07, the location is excellent, everything is within walking distance, the market, shops, fairs, markets, etc. playgrounds and swings, a sports ground only a walkway (can be used as a horizontal bar) there are no bars and this is a minus, you can walk 100m from your pier with access to the sea or with children on a public beach, there are not enough mattresses...

It is a good place, but it is really expensive.

Beautiful sea almost near our house. We have one room and toilet. Of course there are not plenty of place but you came here to see the sea and not to set inside, so... For little kids here are many entertainment. My little sister have what to do all day, kids play with teacher and can't go outside (outwards territory of this place) so it's safe!

Located 5 minutes walk from the bus station and the central market. The staff is polite, unobtrusive. We settled quickly, at our request they gave us an electric kettle. The room for three is large, cozy, clean, the beds are comfortable and there is an additional sofa bed. Feather pillows, clean bedding, two towels per person.
